Lincoln Crawford Care Center reviews
16 I appreciate the way the employees interact with the residents and with each other. Every time I visit my husband I am greeted by name and with sincere interest in how I am doing. By now most of the second floor staff know who I am and why I am there. They notice my absence and recognize how difficult it is for me to be away from my husband for so long.
Several of the staff members look out for my husband even when their duties take them elsewhere. I trust the care the CNA’s give him so that when I leave him there at the end of the day I know that he will be comfortable and even comforted when he is having a hard time.
Housekeeping keeps, Lincoln Crawford very clean and smelling good.
Physical Therapy is great with the patients. So nice and very professional
I absolutely recommend this facility for a loved one. It is clean. All staff and administrators are kind and helpful. Good food. No foul smell whatsoever. I have peace with my family member being there!
Worse nursing home in the city! The administration doesn’t do their job so nobody else does there’s. The place is constantly dirty and most of the aids don’t do anything but walk around playing and laughing. I’ve walked in several times to a complete mess with my family member! This place is horrible!
For a lot of things are not looking the same way they have for the last 30 years. For me when I think The interacting and conversations in prayer with the residents is a blessing for us all, As one
Kat thank you for the over the top service experience. You were honest, hopeful, and compassionate about my Bigmoma;s stay. Living out of town and being able to say, "Hey Bigmoma, its me. " one more time was awesome. May you continue to do your awesome service.
Everyone I came into contact with was Polite. The room where we sat was clean. I had a pleasant visit.
Lincoln Crawford is hands down one of the best Nursing and Recovery centers in the City. The nursing staff is 5️ and you can see and feel the love that is shared among the residents and it’s employees. This facility is truly a lil slice of heaven…
Lincoln Crawford is one the most respectful places as far as crew members. They take care of the residents and their needs on time and as efficient as possible. I couldn’t ask for a better place to work in and have opportunities to evolve career wise and as a person.
The culture of the center is warm and inviting. Residents and staff are pleasant and so polite. I do enjoy coming to work each day.
Friendly and attentive staff. Knowledgeable about patient care and well being. Clean and upbeat environment.
Good people, clean facility, great check-in/check out with temperature monitor for COVID safety.
My daughter needed a short term Emergency place for her recovery of a broken ankle. Lincoln Crawford has been a dream come true. The place is nice n clean. Food is good and All staff have been caring n helpful. She originally did not want to come because a friend gave her a negative review.
She was happy to learn that it was not true. Beginning the first day she was pleasantly surprised!
The care center is nice and clean. Some nurses seem nice and kind, but they aren’t! They make fun of me behind my back calling me “fat girl”. And hearsay. There is mostly black people working here and living here. No Asian or Latino.
The aides are slow, and complain, swear, and noisey. They laugh and make up lies.
And they move you to rooms with crazy people who have their tv on all night loud. Or move you next to people who holler all day and night. Call me crazy, but nursing homes suck to me. I used to live at Tender Mercies Inc in OTR. And it’s bad too. Noisey and you don’t always get a meal to eat. You gotta be in good shape and take care
Of yourself. Even if mentally ill. People die in a weird way at Tender Mercies tho. Young people. If they'd hire better nursing and not just cause they seem nice and beautiful, they'd be better. Food is good here. Like mom made! Often you may want more. The food staff is nice and clean. Tell the truth I'm gonna miss it here.
I was visiting with someone on the third floor and It smelled. It looked dirty even if it wasn't. It's dark and gloomy. It needs to be brighten up. A good cleaning and a few minor cosmetic upgrades like new curtains, fresh coat of paint, dressers, new beds. Shouldn't you have funding for these types of things? Most importantly a deep cleaning.
The staff at Lincoln Crawford will treat your family like their own. While visiting my uncle I was observant of the interactions with the patients and nurses/caregivers and it’s obvious that they all have everyone best intentions as priority. The laughter and smiles I seen on the patients faces say it all. These are things money can’t buy. The peace of mind knowing my uncle is in great hands while he’s there is worth more then him being somewhere that has all the bells and whistles but lacks true love for caring for our loved ones. Thank you to all the staff for making his stay as comfortable as possible.
