I have always had a fear of the dentist. I had an amazing visit, I was put at ease and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

From the front desk ladies, to all the dental assistants, hygienists, and Dr. Cochran, this place is so welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!

The waiting room is very inviting, with a great space for kids if you have children. All of the staff was very friendly. I recently switched to Lincolnway and I’m glad I did!

Honestly if i could give 0 stars i would. Scheduled an appointment twice with them online and both times they called to cancel them. This is not how you treat people who are most likely in pain 0 out of 10 will never go here again.

I really like this place. All are Very friendly and efficient. Best dentist office I have been to. My dental hygienist was FANTASTIC!

Lincoln Way made me an appointment quickly for a toothache, which turned out that I needed a root canal.

I highly recommend Lincoln Way Dental. My routine cleaning went very well. I found Dr. Cochran to be personable. The office staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Cochran and the entire staff at Lincoln Way Dental are awesome. Anytime I've ever needed immediate dental care they have always gotten me right in. The visits themselves are as pleasant as any dental visit can be. I never have to wait to be seen and I am usually in and out of the office within 30 minutes. Excellent place for dental care!

My family established care here when we moved back into the area. Before I had the time to establish myself, I had a large filling fall out. I called to set up an appointment and stressed my urgency with getting this taken care of due to the size of the hole in my tooth. They said they could, but I would first have to do an initial consultation. I was fine with that as long as I could get it taken care of relatively quickly. This was in March. I went to my consultation, and they did a cleaning as well. Afterwards they told me they couldn’t get me back in until August to get my tooth fixed. Almost 5 months later. If I would have known this on the front end, I would have looked for care elsewhere. I got my name on the books, and they told me they would call me if something opened up before hand. They did move me up to July. However, in June, my tooth, where the filling came out, started to get infected and the pain was intolerable. I called in with this information and shared that I would accept getting it filled or pulled if they could get me in within a couple days. I was informed they couldn’t. I had to go somewhere else the next day to get it pulled. However, I kept my original appointment for another tooth that a filling needed fixed. The dentist seemed surprised that I was not offered something immediately when I called in June with severe tooth pain. I will say that I am happy with the filling they did fix, and everyone on staff is pleasant. However, I will be seeking care elsewhere due to the backlog of appointments, and I would still have a tooth in that spot without this issue. Overheard they are currently scheduled into October for basic filling work as of mid-July. Hiring another dentist on or not accepting new patients would really help this place out.

All my experiences at this dental office have been top-notch, including the receptionists and various dental professionals. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a smooth process and professional excellence. And virtually no wait time!

Great staff that will take the time to explain things, and they don't upsell procedures and products. They only recommend what is best and also give you alternative options.

I have always enjoyed Lincoln Way Dental as they have a caring considerate team. They understand what I need, and are happy to answer any questions I have.

Everyone from the ladies out front to the assistant (s) and hygienist and the Doctor all are professional.

They are always so kind and explain everything to my young children so that they will be as comfortable as possible.

I have been going to this dentist office my whole life. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a beautiful office. Would highly recommend.
