John Peck was very through and explained in a way that was absolutely understandable. Gave advise on how to improve the grade around the home. This is our 2nd time around and I definitely recommend this company to do your inspections.

Linkhorn performed the inspection on a house we are buying. We were not able to be there in person, and so our realtor met with the inspector, Matt, at the house once the service was done, and facetimed with us to go over everything. We had Linkhorn do an inspection before closing on a house and boy are we glad we did. Our inspector Isaac was incredibly thorough and detailed in his report, which definitely saved us from a money pit. Would absolutely recommend to others!

I used Linkhorn Home Inspection and initially was not happy at all. The whole inspection was quick, not thorough and in my opinion definitely not five star as they claim. I did receive a call from a manager after I called in wanting to know why my inspection was not completed thoroughly.

They came back again and needless to say still missed numerous major items that now have cost me not only use of my home but a substantial amount of money to fix. These are items that should have been obviously seen during any home inspection. I was here during the whole inspection.

Obvious items that should have been included were not. Upon moving into my home one after another these missed items were found. Poor quality work. A rush job at best.

I contacted the company and all I got was send us an email? When I had the home inspection done to sell my home it took 4 hours and they tested everything. This inspection was less than 1 hour and they had to come back twice because they didn't even get things that I wanted tested. Maybe it was just a fluke but every week there's something that should have been caught that comes up. These are major issues. Expensive major issues. Unfortunately now I am stuck but hopefully somebody will read this and realize how important it is to get a thorough home inspection.

Don't get caught with a laundry list of items that you need to fix at your cost because your inspection was poorly done. This all could have been taken care of within negotiations of purchase. They claim to have a 200% satisfaction guarantee? I find that hard to believe since it's been over a month and I've had to contact numerous times but never seem to get a hold of anybody who can help. Keep records of your communications you'll need them.

Went during the inspection part way through, the inspector was very pleasant and professional. He prompted and answered questions throughout. He did a thorough inspection while also not taking up the whole day. Got the report same day.
