Lion Cub's Cookies reviews
17I receive text messages from this establishment telling me about special cookies. I stopped by today for a Coffee Cake cookie and was told I couldn't purchase one because I'm not a loyalty club member. I've never heard of such a thing! The owner of Lion Cubs Cookies could use a lesson in how to treat customers from Cameron Mitchell. I haven't signed up for the loyalty program because it requires I give them my date of birth which is too much information for them to have about me and not necessary. I won't be returning.
First time visit, the smell when you walk in was amazing! Tried the chocolate chip, buckeye, cookies and cream, pumpkin roll, puppy chow and the animal cookie. ALL were delicious. Prices are comparable to Crumbl, but I think Lion's Cub cookies are better! Definitely give them a try.
Awesome. Pumpkin roll tastes like pumpkin pie. Chocolate chip was amazing love the gooey peanut butter Chex mix was awesome. Apple pie didn't taste like apple pie. That's the only one I would say to get from crumbles cuz they actually put apple pie filling on top. So taste just like apple pie
These cookies are flat out the best. When you're eating here, you've got the best treat in Ohio, bar none.
This was the best cookie I have had in my entire life, I don't often review. GO EAT THE COOKIE. I had French toast cookie
Great place to stop and grab cookies when going through Columbus.
They are large, like Crumbl cookies, but definitely taste a lot more fresher and unique. They're also a little bit more expensive, but it's definitely worth getting as a treat once in awhile.
The Muddy Buddies one was great, very sweet, with muddy buddies and frosting on top, with a chocolate chip cookie base.
Also had the strawberry with white oreos and it was also pretty good.
I found this place on TikTok by chance right near my son's campus. He goes to OSU. We went down to visit my for his birthday and we stopped there after lunch. The smell of their store was just absolutely amazing. Cookies tasted out of this world. We got one of each. 10 for 10. I will be going back there next time down to visit her son.
We used Lion's Cub for our wedding reception dessert bar and the cookie flavors we ordered were delicious! Very soft and flavorful. We had a lot of compliments afterwards from our guests, and it was nice to support a small business in the area. The online ordering system gave us a fit, but we were able to get an order in via email. All in all, a good shop for your sweet tooth fixing.
Stopped in while passing through Columbus after hearing lots of good things about these cookies. The store is clean, smells great, and is in a cool location. There was a wide selection of warm cookies. The worker who waited on me was pleasant and informative. I loved the business card she put in the take out box that explained how to store and preserve the cookies at home. But best of all were the delicious cookies.
The cookies are phenomenal! Im dropping 2 stars when there is no way I should be put in a awkward position to tip when I order. The young lady 2 times ago spins the screen around and tells that tips can be added. At close to $5 a cookie pay a descent wage to the employee and dont ask the customer to tip for placing a order in the bag. Online is worse, went to order 2 cookies and a 20 percent default tip was added. The consumer should not have to dig around the site to delete a tip that added as a default. At a full serve restaurant, bar, food delivery then I tip like a rockstar, not for taking a order.
I invited our friend Kelsey to the Taylor Swift show in Cincy July 1st and to show her appreciation she got us a variety of cookies from your shop. OMG they are the best cookies I've ever ate. Tried one a day for four days and each cookie got better. Started with Cookies and Cream then the M&M Chocolate chip and last was Reeces fantastic warmed up even more amazing can't wait to enjoy more! Thanks Kelsey!
I stopped in this morning to get some cookies to take home for my family! I am so excited to try the flavors for the week. I also want to shout out your staff. I saw puppy chow cookies on a cooling rack and made a comment asking if that's what they were. The girl ringing up my order said yes they were for a catering order. We made small talk as I finished checking out and the second girl working in the back brought out a puppy chow cookie on a paper and said she had extras and wanted me to have one! Made my entire day and wanted to let you know you have a customer for life because your staff is always incredibly caring and nice (plus your cookies are fantastic)! Can't wait until location #2 opens up in Worthington!
Texas Sheet Cake is not my favorite dessert, but Lion Cub’s Texas Sheet Cake cookie is my new favorite. Delicious!
The vibe of the workers 1/5 - the cookies 4/5! Slippery slope patronizing a business that lacks welcoming workers and but has really good cookies! I say put them in the back sweeping the crumbs and get someone to welcome the customers with a warm tone!
Whatever you do doing let the Cookie Monster in here because there surely would be no cookies left, because they are that good! Love all the different flavors.
Great cookies! Sometimes they run out of certain flavors later at night and that is a bummer since I only will eat this once in a week, but regardless amazing flavors and great selections.
Banana pudding cookie was AMAZING! No bathroom, good outdoor seating and some indoor seating. Coffee and milk also for sale.
