Wonderful people who understand rural vet issues and got us right in! Thank you very much! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

I have went to this clinic c for decades. I had a very sick cat a couple of weeks ago. I called to take my cat in. They said they did not have time to see him. Things have gotten progressively worse. She is bleeding very bad. I just called them and they said they would not euthanize the cat because they have not seen him in a year. Even though I have taken my dogs there for everything. These people are not compassionate at all. I would never recommend them to anyone for anything. I wish I could give them negative stars they are horrible

My horse went down and needed to be put down. He was bleeding from his lungs and in pain. I begged them to come out and put him down but because they hadn't seen him since 2019 he was a "new" patient and they required $300 up front. They refused to let me pay them on payday (this was sunday, i am paid on wens - 3 days). Instead they said i should bum the money from someone. When I did bring my animals to them I paid my bill and never had any outstanding debts. They are also the only large animal vets in the area. The lack of compassion is the reason I moved my small animals to another vet. Let's hope we get another large animal practice in this area soon.

My GSD has been there for 2 years! The vets and staff made her comfortable at her first visit, and she has never been anxious or upset during any visit!

I have taken my fur babies to this vet for over 20 years and have always received exceptional service!

We had an amazing experience bringing a couple chickens in. The veterinarian took appropriate bio security measures and was insightful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He got me in and out in under 30 minutes but answered all of my questions. The bill was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend!

I wouldn't take Austin any where else, they are great. She's very comfortable there.

I used to take my small animals here because I used them for my horses. Dr. Smucker seemed very knowledgeable, but that's the only one. I have horror stories of incredible incompetency from several of the other vets and experienced extreme rudeness and noncompassion from one of the female vets when I had to euthanize one of my cats. Very sad for a country veterinarian practice.

Thank you Lisbon Vet Clinic! They were able to have Dr. Bennett come out and evaluate my horse for a colic-scare within hours of calling. Dr. Bennett was wonderful and the front desk staff were also kind and courteous.

They are excellent with my older dog. Highly recommend them. The entire staff is wonderful

Was told I cannot get a second followup appointment without money after an ongoing infection resulted due to surgical complications which the vet takes no accountability for. Fresh blood was on my pets fur two days after surgery at time of pickup, yet staff repeatedly documented inaccurate information which led vet to make false accusations while chuckling when stating calls are not recorded for quality assurance. I advise clients to likewise record any followup calls and visits for the protection of their pets.
