Are soo rude and unhelpful, unprofessional and unfriendly. Do not go to this location! Wickliffe is soo much better!

Haven’t been responding to my emails, been lied to, and I got hung up on when I needed help by amy rusner. More specially, told to “get out of her hair”. This has been ongoing for almost a month now and the part is readily available. And this is how they treat a past employee, I can’t imagine how they treat the general public. I purchased the Captiva hot tub and had it installed this past January 2021 and literally four months later it has a major water leak and I’m still trying to get things fixed and I’ve been told it’s gonna take weeks to schedule even though the parts are readily available by the manufacturer. Terrible customer service.

High prices, but Brandon is knowledgeable and cheerful. Always getting the "upsell" from the manager tho

Sold me the wrong chemicals that I asked for. And refuses to refund my money back to me. When their receipt doesn’t say anything about not accepting returns for pool chemicals.

If you are able to drive to Mentor or North Olmsted and bypass the Wickliffe store. Their staff at both of these stores is incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful. Sorry Wickliffe but can't say the same for you. I would hope that the owner would visit you guys more often to see the interaction that you all have between customer and employee.

Nice workers using no prices on products of pools. Talk and wanted money to hold pool deal. Very informative and priced out in writing.

Its the best place in northeastern Ohio to buy pools and pool supplies + patio and hot tubs!

Staff is excellent and knowledgeable. Install is way behind and short on pools because of covid

After a rocky start to my pool experience (due to the covid shortages on everything) I had my pool installed and was ready to fire up the heater and pump. The pump was leaking. I called Eric, the manager and he checked in inventory and had none in stock. He then went to another location, picked up the new one, drive it to my house, I repeat- drove it to my house, took the defective one off and replaced it himself. Everything was working within 2 hours of my call to him. In my recent experiences customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore! Eric is a manager that is honest and goes way above and beyond for his customers!

It was very busy, but the staff was helpful and doing the best they could to take care of customers in a timely manner. Prices are high but pool stuff is expensive anyway.

Bought a hot tub from Chris Phillips there. Al I can say is that I usually dont like salesmen but he is completely professional and does everything in his power to help you. Cannot reccomend him enough.

We recently bought the Pinnacle Pool 18×33×54 from Mentor Ave Litehouse.
We had called around, I talked to a competitor that has a store in Wickliffe near another Litehouse. They were very rude, unhelpful and misrepresented their merchandise, on top of talking about other pool places badly.

Al the manager answered, was extremely helpful and welcomed us to come in and look around. When we did Jake a young salesman came right up and greeted us.
He was helpful, honest and kind.
Needless to say they have a customer for life because of how Jake treated us, as much as how awesome their pools are, seriously.the pool has a life time warranty. The other sales guys that we're there were all welcoming.
