Bad experience here and I'm just sorry I didn't get any one of the seven people working on July 20th. Granted we showed up at 7: 30pm on a Tuesday evening we were greeted at the door with " Hey! Watch the floor is wet we just mopped". Yup, I work for a living till 6pm so the hours they are open are convenient for us and I was just in with my family to get some shock to get our pool up and running for the weekend. We walked around the place for 15 minutes and not one person asked if we needed help. They were too busy either taking to another associate or having all 4 people talking to a couple trying to give opinions on a grille or something. We tried to ask a question to cashier #13 and it was just snide remarks coming out of her mouth. Simple things like we see your out of chlorine. Like everyone else.is there a substitute? In which the response was like we were below her in asking and we were rushed out of there. I'm a store manager for another retail establishment and I would be appalled to find out if one of my associates treated a custome that way. Weather it is the first one or the last one you treat them with respect and roll out the red carpet. Maybe even stay a little extra past close to help them out even if it is just a little task.

Tina was so helpful, it was great! We are first time pool owners and she answered all our questions and gave us instructions on what we need to do. So friendly, we will definitely be back!

Buying a pool from these people was the absolute worst. I understand there was an epidemic and everybody ran and got pools. My problem is not with the time took to get the pool cuz we were already knew that was going to happen. It's that the actions of the staff the lies they told us on the things we needed how much the pool cost us ended up costing an additional almost $1,000. If they would have told us up front we were prepared to pay for the pool in full when we left the place we were under the impression we had everything we needed. Once the pool arrived we found that we had to spend almost another $1,000 to get the pool correct. The staff was not on point anytime, we've had to go in there it 5 to 7 times. It took months to get our winter and solar cover, we didn't get our solar cover till the end of the season. We weren't able to put the solar cover on the pool that we had bought with the pool until this season. I would never buy anything from this particular lighthouse store. There are several other lighthouses that I've called and always had polite and great service at least dealing with them over the phone but the Sheffield location it's not it

Evan, the manager, treated us with so much disrespect after his associate lied to us about our delivery date. We were told 4 weeks max for delivery, so hurried to have our concrete poured, and paid extra to have concrete additives to have it cured quicker. After 3 weeks we called to check on our delivery, and are told they have no updates or know when it will be delivered. Instead of being polite, or offering any kind of resolution, Evan states, “it’s not my fault you paid to have your concrete done, didn’t my associate tell you you didn’t have to accept delivery? ” Zero costumer service, litehouse should be ashamed at how their manager is treating customers.

I purchased a pool from litehouse on may 5 2020 was told it would be delivered at the end of the month and that the pool would be up on the second week of June the pool was delivered on time but it is now June 22 2020 and have yet to hear from the installers. I called litehouse and all they could tell me was to call the installation department everyday. I was also told that when I get the call to set up a date for installation that it would be for 2 weeks from that call. So keep that in mind as to how long of a delay I'm looking at. Don't trust the sales reps time frame you would not be to happy.

Very friendly and the pool was put on layaway, everything is top notch, I'm very impressed about the quality of the pool and the products.
The installation crew is SECOND TO NONE! They are very very friendly and knowledgeable about the pools. Our 15' x 52" took them 2 hours to install. Thank you Litehouse pools!

Evan. The beautiful man who works there God bless his soul. Walked in with our motor we just bout not long ago. We thought we lost or misplaced a part. Turns out we just put it on wrong. Evan showed us our error and how to resolve our issue with quick time and most importantly, respectfully. If you need to go to any litehouse around. Go here. Just for the staff alone

If I could give them no stars I would this used to be an awesome store We had been a customer there for years but in the last year we have had five terrible experiences. We will never be back. Poor customer service rude to customers. Not helpful at all.

I have recently bought a hot tub 5/22/2020 and asked about the status of the sale due to covid 19 issues was reassured that the hot tub would be about 4 weeks expecting to receive in store 6/22/2020. However five weeks went by with no updated information from the salesperson so I stopped in with my husband was told that the hot tubs were coming from Vegas which just recently opened so the factory just started running again a few weeks ago. Don't you think I should of been noted that info when I purchased the tub especially when I asked if there were any special issues due to covid 19? Answer was it was news to the salesperson as well. Hard to believe they didn't know about the factory to tell consumers so we can make good buying decisions? ! So now I'm waiting on my hot tub and was told 5 days coming from Vegad again 10 days passed with no call. I call again now it's two weeks shipping from Vegas. I had purchased the hot tub for my 50 th birthday now it's not coming until middle of July? Missed the party that was planned! Very frustrating! I said well I can cancel right? Of course now I can't get anybody to help me cancel by phone was told too busy for me. If the service is like this how would it be if I had issue with the hot tub? Customer Sevice is horrible I expect a decent call back and some Customer Sevice since I paid 7k my money means something right? ! I say not!

They were surprisingly helpful and their prices were surprisingly reasonable. I thought since they are so specialized they would be high priced. I am a loyal customer now!

I called lighthouse pools in Elyria on May 8th and inquired when our pool would be installed if we purchased one that day. I was told it would be delivered the first week in June and installed second week in June, which is why I purchased from them. Our pool was delivered the first week in June as promised, however now I am being told that it won’t be until the second week in July that it will be installed. So now I have have pool sitting on a pallet in my driveway for two weeks and I am expected to keep it there for another month? Please don’t believe anything they say as obviously all they care about is selling the pool, the installation and personal inconvenience is of no importance to them. I am very disappointed!

Super helpful staff will test your spa water and give you a detailed printout on what actions are needed to make the hot tub sparkling clean! Lots of inventory means they are going to have whatever you need.

They carry a lot of different products. When I called to ask the lady if they had a certain chemical she acted clueless and put me on hold for a solid 5 minutes. Maybe she was busy, or had to learn what product I was even calling about is? I will never know!
