Litehouse Pools & Spas, Medina OH

Had an above ground pool and heater installed June 2022. Have had nothing but problems ever since. The heater made a loud noise from day 1 and pool pump has leaded from day 1. Litehouse customer service keeps giving us the run around, making the gas company come out to look at our heater. Columbia gas states no issues with heater but Litehouse will not fix the issue. We have had someone come out at least 8 times in the last 2 months with no resolution! Extremely dissatisfied! Should have done more research to find a better company to buy a pool from!

Needed some help. Four people stood around not one greeted us or asked if we needed help. We left the store. Guess we didn't look like we were going to spend money‍️

We use to go to Leslie's to get our pool water tested and they would always sell you chemicals and then find out you are making another agent in your pool worse. At LightHouse they do not try to sell you! They make sure you are doing the correct steps, not forcing you to buy more chemicals. Great place, will not go back to Leslie's

I have a pool and I can find anything I need for my pool it's so wonderful everything I work for it's there and I have so many things from there because it's like wonderful and my whole family likes going there because they have everything and we have a pool so we get off floaties you know our stuff so yeah

I love shopping here every year for all my pool supplies. The emoloyees always say hi and ask if I need help finding anything. I look forward to spring when I get to come in! Thank you LH!

This place is terrible the worst customer service I’ve ever had the miss fortune to deal with! Run the other way! It started when the salesman lied to me saying that they install my pool on September 10. When that day came and went, I called the to be told your salesman no longer works for them. I asked about returning the pool and they said that they will charge me 15% over $2000. Then they said they don’t tell anyone when there pool will be installed they it would be September/October it’s now November 8 and I can’t get anyone to call me back. The pool has been sitting in my yard for two and half months killing my grass!

Tara- the manager- refused to help file a warranty for the less than 1 year old tree i paid upwards of 500 dollars for because she had too many people in her store and did not want to be bothered. She was very rude to my mom over the phone. She hung up on me 4 times with out reason. She is absolutely the worst manager i have ever dealt with. She refused to do anything to make the situation better. She should not be in customer service. She should not be a manager because she can't handle it. I have incredibly disappointed and i will never step foot in that store again.

Always helpful, have what I need, just do look around for better pricing on bigger things because I've found something cheaper.

All the employees are great. Derick is my favorite and Jason is my least favorite, but he's also the funniest.

Horrible management, they avoid you at all cost, manager belittles customers, screams at the employees on the floor.

Completely horrible experience. We purchased our pool first week of May. The pool is still on the skid in my driveway. We call all the time on the install and no one in the store knows or cares. The manager is completely useless and never has an answer. If lite house is in charge of the install than it is YOUR responsibility to let people know. This is horrible customer service and beyond unacceptable business model. Please stay clear. I totally regret this purchase with no idea of when the install will take place. Please go somewhere else.

Long history if being the high end pool, hot tub and outdoor furniture chain in northern Ohio. Desk Service in Medina is good and the store is very spacious. Completely suitable for social distancing if that's important to you. Chemical prices are a little on the high side but ya have to pay for all that space some how! Free computerized pool or hot tub water testing is a big service plus!
