Little Caesars Pizza, Columbus OH

Cant go wrong with a $5 Pizza! I find it better than most others that charge double that for the same with less deliciousness! Unless you're at Sergies Pizzeria in Potsdam NY.

They are always over packed and NEVER have any hot and ready the pizzas are never cut all the way through. It is never less than a 10 minute wait when we go. Unfortunately it's the closest one to us and with a family of 6 it is the cheapest for family night.

Cheap and Good! I eat it with my family and it allows us to get more versus paying the amount for 3-4 Little Caesars pizzas for only 1 at a competitor. I am having a Birthday party coming up for my baby and I'm using Little Caesars! Only thing is. I wish you had rewards or even a discount for large orders like the 15 pizza order I'm about to place in a few days ‍️?

The food is decent it's the slow workers and druggies hanging around bumming that makes me go elsewhere

Ordered through the app was told it would be ready in half an hour even gave them 10 mins extra and still wasnt ready when i arrived in fact had to wait an extra hour for just 1 pepperoni. There we ppl that showed up after me that ordered when they got there and still got takin care of before me. Even had to put up with the snobby attitude of one of the teeny boppers there will not be returning.

It was terrible I called in my order told to pick it in 20 minutes one hour latter they give me a pizza that was burnt the worst place in town all the customers were up set form waiting

Myself and at least 5 other customers were waiting on cheese pizza and it came over e5 minutes later when they said 10

Ordered thru the app for the very first time, booked a pick-up time only to wait 15 extra minutes to wait for them to place my pizza in the portal. I only rated them because it was last minute decision and close to the house.

Recently gone down hill, absolutely terrible. The wait times are insane. When we go into store ir takes anywhere from 30 to 40 minutes for a Hot-N-Ready. We ordered online today and arrived on time (30 minute) and I'm now writing this review after 50 minutes since our order was placed.

They do NOT know how to cut pizza or they just don't cut it at all. They NEVER answer their phone and they get nasty with you if your order is wrong or messed up.

I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to grove city from now on.

I will keep it simple and Objective. Staff was not professional. Operation was not organized. I witnessed several errors on orders while waiting 25 minutes for my 2 peperoni pizzas which I received after reminding staff I was still waiting. This location used to be a much better but has declined recently. I hope to see it improve.

For a cheap pizza it's good. The crust is alright. The cheese and pepperoni are decent. If you need a lot of pizza it's a great deal.

Pizza is not that great. Always a long wait. They never prepared. I've had to ask for my money back on more than 2 occasions. They don't even apologize to me for my wait. They give me my money back and don't say nothing. Poor customer service. Never prepared.

Horrible service. I ordered stuff crust pizza with extra cheese and add bacon. They gave me regular pizza crest with no extra cheese they added burn bacon and sausage. I order on the pizza portal and went to pick up on schedule pick up time. I waited 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be in the portal.

They just have problems when it gets busy. It completely breaks down and my most recent visit was an hour wait.

Totally different people working, no attention to detail. Had no hot and ready, ready. No deep dish ready. Tried to make me wait 40 min. Said i can make you a deep dish. Asked about h&ready, we can make one of those for you. Those should be " ready". Moroons working there. I think you know what im talking about.

Unorganized and unprofessional. Placed a paid 1pm order at 11: 30am, arrived at the store and order could not be located. My order was eventually located. Another customer had an issue with his order and entire front customer area could hear the employees arguing about who made the mistake or who was responsible. Whether the customer was right/wrong, all customers should not be able to hear employees squabble over customers.

This location has failed to meet even basic expectations multiple times. Crowded as hell, homeless people sleeping out front, wait times in excess of an hour during off-peak hours. Tonight they chose to not even answer the phone when called and it's not really a surprise.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Everytime we come here it's different people working, but it ALWAYS takes more than half an hour to get our food AFTER we've shown up to get it. Almost nothing is hot and ready, and don't bother ordering for the pizza portal because your wait time won't start until you get there anyways. I don't know who owns this location, but Little Caesar's should be stepping in and having a conversation with how poorly they represent their chain.

Over an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. Then they ignored me at the counter for an additional 20 minutes before giving me my order that had been sitting on a make table the entire time I was there and want put in the pizza portal as it was supposed to be. Absolutely horrible!

I ordered The extra most bestest 1/2 ground beef the other half pepperoni. There was hardly any sauce and there was no extra meat or cheese on the pizza. I asked the employee why wasn t there extra if it was supposed to be extra most bestest he said theyre only allowed to put a certain amount on there. I should have just got a regular pizza. South High Street Columbus Ohio is the worst i've ever had.
