Little Caesars Pizza, Whitehall OH

Walked in and my order was ready to perfection. My only issue is that there is nothing under the pizza in the box and the grease leaks through the bottom of the box on the seat of my car. Easy correction

Staff is courteous and efficient, food consistently well-made.customer base is rough and at times aggressive. I have started using exclusively the pizza portal

The WORST little caesars. I’ve been here a few times and I’m never impressed. I avoid this location at all costs but today my usual location was closed so I ordered pickup from here. The order was 3 pizzas and 2 crazy bread. It took 20 minutes longer than I was estimated and when I got it the crazy bread was literally inedible.it was hard. The pizzas barely had ANY cheese on them. I’m really annoyed at this experience and I will never ever go back here. I literally wasted my money

Because u come in here to just pick up the hot and ready and your waiting forever and the workers are just walking around with head phones on while were standing here waiting for our food? Not a good look!

People act like Little Caesars is bad food because the prices are cheap.those people better wake up. I can get an entire pizza all to myself, Hot-N-Ready or Extra most bestest, for less than a combo meal at most fast food places. You'd be a fool to pass this place up with that kind of deal.

Pizza was good and hot but waited 25 minutes for pizza. Tried to order online Nd couldnt g÷t it to take and tried to call and no one answered. While there several times the phone rang and not one employee answered phone. Employees were very nice sad everyone there had to wait so long

Great tasting pizza for the same price as partner shops. Delicious presentation, courteous and well dressed counter staff.

This place is heavily crowded, especially around dinner time, so I decided to use the app and order ahead of time. From now on, that's how I'll order! It was perfect! All I had to do was place my order, pay through the app, then enter my order code into the kiosk at the pick up counter. The trays slid open, and I grabbed my pizza and left! I'm so glad they offer that because those lines are so ridiculously long! Not only that, but my pizza was the freshest it's ever been and I've visited this location and others many times over the years.

There is never no sauce on their Pizza and i'm not understanding why they have a phone and they never answer it

Terrible! Health department needs to go in here. People using long sweaters and the sleeve touches the food. I also don't understand why don't they use gloves to handle food. People up front can't give right change after drawer open either, they'll say oh I can't do that. This place needs new management! They get 0 stars

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered 4 hours ago and when I got there my pizza was not ready they forgot about my order and I had to wait 1 hour for my order while they attended others.

The pizza was not cut it took 40 minutes to get my order and then they forgot to give ms my bread sticks that was cold and took 5 minutes to get me the sauce first them
