Little Caesars Pizza, Akron OH

At about 7: 19 tonight we drove up, ordered the hot and ready guaranteed to be ready between 4 and 8, they asked us to pull up front and wait a minute, then 22 minutes later they brought the person that was behind us their order, finally 7 minutes later we got ours. Not exactly what I expect, should have just ordered a specialty pizza, but I didn't want to wait. Lol

I ordered the pizza over the phone and was told that it'd be twenty minutes till ready. I went to go get the order from the drive-thru window. The line was out to the street. The line didn't move unless someone got tired of waiting and left. After forty-five minutes of waiting I finally left. I don't have time to waste.

Went through the drive thru and a car was parked with lights off instead of pulling up to the wait area, 3 cars had to back up so we could go around and go inside. Asked the worker why would they let a car block the drive thru, he stated he knows he's going to ask them to move, never did. Then to top it off they didn't have any type of pizza made. Had to wait 15 minutes after all that! The manager said nothing. Very poor service

On 3/2/2020 at about 7: 30 pm I called and got the message that voice mail was not set up. I called back and it rang once same message called again thinking it must be a mistake same thing. Tried online ordering only to find website down. Drove there line around the building with only 3 people working. Placed order and heard blonde haired manager sending calls to non existent vm stating " what kind of psycho keeps calling". Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Hire more people and fire her. I shutter to think how much business and profit was lost because of her poor management and lack of customer service skills. The other two workers were very apologetic and polite so this review does not reflect them HOWEVER it was her call as manager to shut down the phone and website. Also I watched her check her personal phone and do a money drop so I know she was in charge.

I ordered a cheese pizza, it arrived as a pepperoni pizza. I called about it. The person hung up the phone on me. Went back through door dash and you offered me $6.66 for a $12 pizza.

First order was wrong. But they corrected it and didn't have a problem. Employees are very polite and respectful, store very clean when I walk in. Always greeted with a smile. Would definitely suggest this particular store to anyone who asked. I have been going there for a long time. Thank you

Juast call it in. There arecouple other option then typical hot n ready 5$ pepperoni pizza they have meat lovers and stuffed crust check the men you try something different

Sometimes the crust is so greasy that it's soggy. It is very unpleasant. Although the breadsticks and marinara sauce is great.

A very young crew and very slowly no hurry to give you your food they take their time about getting you your food

Ordered thin crust special pizza, was very bland and very few mushrooms were on it. Wasn't very hot, along with poor customer service.

My local Little Caesar's. Has a drive for call-ins and online orders. The pizza and wings are better than what I remember other Little Caesars being known for.

Worst store ever. Oh my. It's the location, the other customers and the staff that think they are above everyone.

It " is what it is. " A Little Cesar's. Although this particular one seems well managed. It's a very busy location, so you don't usually get a stale pizza from the hotbox that's been in there for the maximum amount of allowed time. Any other Little Cesar's I always ask that my pizza be fresh made.

The design of their drive through is awful. Such a tight space, it's almost impossible to turn into it. Curbed my wheel really bad trying to go through it. The pizza was mediocre in terms of Little Caesars quality. It took forever for a drive through attendant to come to the window.

Love your guys pizza but this was the only time in a very long time that I ordered in advance from here and when i got home my pizzas were burnt and looked like they had sat in a warmer for a few hours. Guess I will just half to start opening and checking before I leave again.

They used to have fresh soft food now it's premade to early and is usually hard, trying to find another place that my son whose 16 loves, even the small wings went up a $1 they're not that good and not worth the money anymore

I love that they have a drive up window! The young man who was working it was very polite; manners of a young man who was raised right! Made my crazy bread fresh to order and was super fast! Best experience at any little Cesar's thus far!

Bought a 5 Dollar Pizza usally pretty good.but it must of been in the warmer four hours. It was hard as card Board.it was Nasty.

I get a hot n ready pizza every week for kids. Some things are listed as sold from only 4 - 8 but if you call and ask nicely they will make it for you off hours and keep the same price. Thank you Copley road Little Caesars.

Little Caesars remains the best option for inexpensive, tasty, quality food in the neighborhood. We are lucky to have one here, close by! The employees really try to please! One thing that's bothersome is the lack of repair to the damage to the wall along the drive thru, this hole (about a foot×18inches) has been there for almost 2years! Where is the District Manager? ! Don't "ghettoize" this place, keep it repaired (Copley). Good pizza, here. Please, please, add a salad option, like Domino's Pizza! Pizza and a small salad? , heaven at once! Yessir.
