Little Caesars Pizza, Pataskala OH

I ordered 2 thin crust pepperoni 1 calzoni 1 crazy bread/ sauce and 1 brownie dessert.
They said 15 mins. I waited 50 MINS. For my order. I was not very happy.

Staff needs to be trained. I'm totally understanding of staffing shortages, supply shortages, and shorter hours to keep businesses open. But when you have 7 people waiting to even see someone stand behind a cash register instead of hiding in the back to avoid talking to customers, that's not ok. Not one person was being rude to the staff, we were all literally waiting for ANY of the employees to come around and give an explanation for the wait. Also, there should've been a notice in the app that the Pizza Portal was down at the moment. That's such a game changer when it comes to me ordering pizza from them. It took an extra 30 min after getting there for me to even get my order.and I had my toddler with me at the time waiting as well. So, 2 stars because I got a great upper body workout while waiting and DID actually get a decent pizza that wasn't raw dough.

Walked in and 3 of our 4 pizzas were sitting on counter. Lady said our 4 th was about ready but 10 minutes later it finally came out of oven. Was to be there to pick up order at 6: 42 got there at 6: 45 and at 6: 55 the last pizza was finally ready.

Store is dirty, associates have attitude. They were smoking outside and came inside and immediately started handling food. Quoted 5-10 minutes and, after 15 minutes, said it would be an additional 5-10 minutes.

They say hot and ready but its a 20 min wait for just a pepperoni pizza if i wanted to waid i would of went to a better pizza place

I want to rate higher, but unfortunately this place is too understaffed right now to provide quality service. I walked in yesterday and placed an order for 2 pizzas, but it took 50 minutes to get to me. It was a Friday night and the place was packed, so combine that with staff shortage and there were several people waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. In the past and on non-busy nights, it only takes 10 minutes or so to get an order, but I regret to say that my experience last night was less than pleasant and I hope they can get back to how it's been previously.

If you are Emigrant or African American, please don't go this small store # 14948 store in Pataskala on East Broad street. 24 June 2021, around 3: 00 PM. I was in the store for buying LITTLE CAESARS, but Brittany (young girl) was very rood, not friendly, terrible. I am Italian and I have a accent. I was trying buy 2 PIZZA and Diet PEPSI. That young girl said if you can not speak good English go back to your country and her attitude and speech was a very offensive. That was discrimination.

My wife and I ordered a stuffed crust pizza here a few weeks ago, got it home and it was not the stuffed crust pizza we ordered and paid for. She called and the manager told her our next stuffed crust pizza would be free. She ordered a stuffed crust pizza on Friday 8/6 and we were charged for the pizza. The worker told her that there was nothing in their system about us getting a free pizza and to take it up with the manager, who happened to not be there at the time. Terrible customer service and average pizza at best.

It was okay not a big fan though if you need a quick bite! Then I would recommend it! It was pretty good for lunch the day I got it!

Absolutely amazing staff! I have had a horrible day, not only did they make my pizza in 7 minutes, they were extremely nice and listened to me about my day. I loved the service and even checked with me to make sure they made it right. 5 stars hands down!

Short staffed always! Could work on cleanliness on the window panes. Our food is always hot and yummy! Customers service is always pleasant even when under pressure

Don't bother trying to order unless in person over the weekend. They turn their app and website off and don't answer the phone. Literally last 3 times I tried to order from them. Like, if you don't want to make and sell pizza, close down what are you even doing.

My crazy bread was not done it taste like dough and very flat and white like it was barely cooked. Horrible but I just will not be back.

Little Caesar's is always great for the price. I tend to prefer this location. It's less crowded and a little less tense than the Main street locations. All and all good food for the money.

Last 2 times I ordered pizza I asked for extra cheese and extra sauce on the deep dish. Both times pizza was dry almost no sauce at all and very little cheese. I tried to call 3 times but no one answers the phone. Very disappointing

Cheap and great pizza but employees are never focused I would say i have had wrong toppings for 3rd times. Asked for 2 cheese and gotten pepperoni. 3rd times and when I went inside for exchange they said “ oh ok”
I had to wait another 10-15 minutes.

So I went over to lil ceasar to get my lunch stood there for over 10mintues no respond like as if I wasnt there customer service at this location is so poor that i had to leave and go somewhere else very sad that u will think someone will attend to u but just get ignored the guy in there seems like he hasn't seen me and was that busy at least sir I will be with u in a moment not the whole time come on it's called hot and ready for a reason just very disappointed.
