Little Caesars Pizza, Canton OH

Not bad for a quick pizza, but definitely not my first choice. I go here occasionally as its close to home and easy to grab a $5 quick and ready.

Waited for 45 minutes for our pizzas but so worth the wait. The best pizza I've ever had from Little Caesars. I will definitely go back and wait for an hour if need be

Went there to get a pizza and it was basically a bunch of sauce.asked for another (got attitude*, but got another) and it was half just sauce. New employees they hired do not use any customer service, and when I walked in at least 3 out of the 4 people I could see looked me dead in the face and proceed to ignore me at the front waiting to order. Rude.

I came today lady had her dog on the counter top with food the cashier was petting this dog and serving food!

Pizza was ready when I walked in and super hot. It was well enjoyed! Made really well! Nice place for a quick pickup on pizza, crazy bread, Italian seasoned cheese bread and many choices of pizza and drinks for great prices

Several bad experiences here. Plenty of workers there but still waited 30 min on 1 pizza. Time before that the same thing.

I just realized why I don't come to this location. 1) the workers were arguing in the back. 2) I was told I could add on to my order and was told it would only take 10 minutes. 20 minutes later they just put my order in the oven.

Waited 25 minutes because they forgot to put my order in the oven. Was there at 6pm when everything should have been ready to go and they weren't even very busy. Completely disappointed

Great place to feed the family cheap.quick, hot & ready.
This location is ran by some good employees. Looks like they have fun working there. And everything gets done proper

Workers are RUDE and obviously hate their jobs. 3 times I’ve gone there and gotten cold, barely edible pizza and when I told them about it it’s obvious they don’t care. I’m done giving them chances to be better. Don’t go here if you want any kind of decent service or decent food.

Great lunch pickup. The containers are easy to reuse also! Always hot and fresh when ordered from the app. Highly recommended.

Breadsticks have gotten horrible and inedible. Sometimes you might have an extra long wait but better than having to cook at home every night.

Always get my order right and do an awesome job making the food. Staff is always nice and friendly. Never had a bad experience with this store. Love the food

Horrible customer service. Always super rude. Ignore you completely if you ask about wait time. Honestly most of the staff should be fired.

I had ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some bread sticks and the dough on both was not cooked fully on either. I would have taken it back but my ride had left already. Im definitely not going back there

As my fiance stated they gave him a hard and ready it's not a hot and ready LOL even though they were pretty decent about switching it as soon as we called and took the other Pizza back in so I give it three stars for good quick customer service but I don't give it five because they should have knew that pizza was in there too long

When I went in to pick up my order the lady behind the counter was not friendly and very standoffish. I was basicly ignored. Very disappointed.

The pizza tastes great. I really like the pizza portal concept where you tap a number and the spot where your pizza has been left opens up. However, on 2/25/2021, the location failed to put all the toppings I ordered on a customizable deep dish pizza. I didn't realize this until after I picked up the pizza and got home. It was missing the green pepper. Managers I reached on the phone gave me the runaround and would not issue a refund for the $1.75 difference. Little Caesars national customer service line said they could do nothing except pass on a message to the store to have them call me back which they never did. I ended up disputing the credit card charge. I advise people to check the pizza before leaving the restaurant. If they get your order wrong, don't be surprised if they're not eager to give a full or partial refund to make it right.

Got a pizza with half the popping slid off the pizzaand just laying in the box. Ether they dont check the product or they dont care, ether way i could not get a refund and had to wait for a remake which made me late to wotk. Not coming back again and ill tell every one i know that your a waste of time, money and effort on the customer's part.

What else can you say about LC pizza? It's fast, CHEAP, and not a bad pie at all. This particular place has a couple of workers who seem bothered to serve you, but the rest are very good.
