Little Caesars Pizza, Cleveland OH

The manager Zach is great! I have been patronizing this establishment for years. The staff is always helpful and try's to get through the throng of customers as quickly as possible, especially on the weekend when people are sometimes waiting outside. This store also has no problems filling special orders that are not part of the menu. I will continue to patronize this establishment as long as they are open! Thanks for all the times that you've helped me out Zach!

Got two pizzas today, one pepperoni, one cheese, lately hear the pizzas have been very hot and enjoyable, I got one pizza a while back, and the cheese was to the point where it was completely melted, same thing today, pizza was very hot and enjoyable

Absolutely Terrible! The Manager told me I should like the food like everyone else even tho I wasn’t satisfied with the hard bread and cheese. I will never revisit this place

Loved the stuffed crust pizza here, but you can always grab a hot and ready. Remember to call in your order if you're getting a stuff crust so you dont have to wait too long.

The cashier was extremely nice and my food was nice and hot and ready it was exactly as it was supposed to be

Always packed customer service is terrible. Order they tellyou 10 mins get there and wait 30 mins it was unbelievable!

Only problem is when I order ahead and the app gives me a number for the portal to get my pizza, the portal rarely works, I still end up waiting 3 to 5 mins. Please fix portal!

Cheese bread was not good the picture had more cheese in it than I got could been more cheese

Customer service varies and they are closing earlier then usual 9pm paid for ex cheese but only got the norm amount kods liked it I was un impressed

Is it the greatest pizza around? NO. But nobody’s gonna argue that. It’s a $5 pizza. $5! You’re telling me I can feed my family for $5 and it’s not disgusting? Whenever I stop and grab fast food I compare the expenses to a $5 hot and ready pizza. That’s because it’s the gold standard of deals. It’s the best deal in America and I don’t think you can tell me otherwise. Bread stick might be the best there is imo. They may not be the highest of quality but they’re just so dang good. They are addicting, sometimes I go just to order breadsticks.

I literally told my fiance this past Friday to go there because it was the best in the area. Food is always exceptionally good. This one star rating is based on this day in particular. My husband ordered over the phone three bestest pizzas. By the time we arrived, I saw a man leave out with three boxes. Inside there was three other people besides myself. After a few minutes.the guy who walked out with those three boxes came in and said she messed up his order. The Caucasian woman behind the counter was short with him stating he said that was his order. She never looked at the pizzas to see what they were but took them and placed them on the counter in the back. Another five minutes passed before I get to the counter. Tell her my order and I pay. She literally went in the back picked those same pizzas up and try to sell them to me. I went off. I could not believe the lack of care to sell someone pizzas that left out in another person's hands to their car. After my pizza was remade I could had left quietly but I didn't. But to make matters worse she stood firm on convincing me they were fresh. They probably did just come out when when she gave it to that guy. I could have handled it better but can you imagine how many times that happened there. I'm mad because the food rely is excellent here.they do a good job. But the thought of getting food that sat out and was outside and the ppl who bought it back in could had ate or touched it and you didn't even look to see just is so disappointing. My hubby can continue to go but I won't.

Gotta say a Little Caesars on 74th and Harvard has a wonderful pepperoni pizza best one I’ve had from Little Caesars employees there are kind and caring definitely a wonderful lunch Thank you very much definitely be back to see you

Awesome as always! The workers are very polite and they always make my food the right way. I always regret when I don't go to this location. The harvard plaza location is terrible and the manager has a horrible attitude.

This is the best place to buy corned beef other news the cleanest and the best service I love that place

This Little Ceasars is by far the best pizza in the chain of stores. They are always nice and for some reason my pizza is fresher and better presented than any of the other stores, this is even after ordering the same item repeatedly. Keep up the good job need more franchise representation in our areas.

Location no longer offers a delivery option but the food quality is still very much on point.

Great customer service. Parking sucks. There is never a hot n ready cheese hot and ready lol
