Little Caesars Pizza, Holland OH

Don't waste your time. Closed/locked at 5: 30 on a Friday, workers inside still working. The few times I have ordered here, the pizza is either burnt or misshapen or not cut right. I understand it's only $6 but at least make an effort. Disgrace to the franchise

They didn't have employees and asked us to come back in 45 mins so they could help us then. I had kids who were hungry and wanted dinner. No we couldn't wait.

Place an online order said it was be ready in a 1/2 hour. Then to find out I had to wait another hour because they said they were short on help. I know what it's like to be short on help I have 2 people on staff at a time sometimes at my restaurant. They at least had 3 or 4 I don't understand why they can't get their stuff through and made.

This store is horrible 20 minutes for a hot and ready make it make sense. The guy at the counter kept saying I don't know how long for any food. Guy been in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting on a pizza. I left and came back he still there.

Lady who answered the phone not only was completely unprofessional but also used vulgar language when I arrived she's in the back doing nothing while stopping orders because they are understaffed.

Ordered online at 6 pm. Pickup time was 6.32.pizza was ready at 7.02. Severely under staffed

Don't be black and come here! They don't want our service. I sat and watched him treat the three guys in line in front of me with some type of customer service. They all just so happened to be white. Sorry not sorry.

I love their pizza, better than most of their chain competitors, they are one my favorite.

Took them 15 minutes past when my order was supposed to be done to even start it and staff was extremely rude about it. All I ordered
was two pizzas, total of 45 minutes per pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's actually not bad pizza for the price. This location seems to be short staffed but they always make it work. I definitely recommend for parties!

Haven't had their pizza in a longtime wasnt impressed with the Hawaiian pizza but the others were still as I remember it and loved the banana peppers we order on the side

Don’t bother to go here, they have one pizza done and instead of cooking more they stand around talking.

Ordered online for the first time 8/8 I had no idea I was supposed to have a code to pick up the pizza, instead of that being explained. I was told “I can’t give you the pizza because ppl be stealing and stuff” which left me very confused because if I can give you the information on the order LIKE ANY OTHER PIZZA ESTABLISHMENT how could I be “stealing” a pizza. The supervisor came out and made it no better although he gave me the pizza I felt reprimanded for not understanding how to pick up my own pizza that I paid for. I’m not pleased with how I was treated, better training should be provided for staff before legality issues take place.

The location in Spring Meadows, Holland OH is so ghetto and run down. They have a literal door to an actual home to go through and all the windows are boarded up. On top of that, it was a 40 min wait for something they should always have ready. I'll never ever go back to that location. Im going to stick with the Maumee Ohio location, no matter how far away I may happen to be from it.

If you’re expecting your pizza to be ready.it NEVER is. Not the place to go if you don’t wait to wait 15 mins or are tight on time.

They starting to get expensive. Im start going to other places. They have deals and points. A least you will get more toppings. This will be a once in while quick thing

Very unprofessional staff. Dirtiest store I’ve ever seen in my life. A literally walking health code violation. Terrible customer service and food presentation is far beyond subpar.

Literally have never once stepped in this store and seen a single pizza “Hot N Ready, ” they make everything to order so you will be waiting 15 - 20 minutes on a $5 pizza. As a Holland local I have to travel to another Little Ceaser’s if I am craving it. It costed me my entire lunch break waiting on a pizza. Order ahead or prepare to stand!

Cashier was super nice but even that couldn’t pull more than one star.

McCord Location in Holland Ohio - Bought 2 Pizzas. One not fully cooked and both seem to be made with a different dough than you normally get with Little Ceasers. Very thin. No rise. Just gross. Normally get our Little Ceasers from the Conant location in Maumee, Oh.which is consistently a good pizza for the price.
