Little Caesars Pizza, St Clairsville OH

You’d think since their claim to fame was hot and ready pizza they’d actually have some available. They rarely answer the phone. You’ll see them chatting in the back while you’re waiting at the counter for someone to take your order. Place sucks

NEVER any pizza "hot and ready". Either order on the app, or sit and wait. Those are your only options. You're not going to put in a order over the phone either, because they won't pick up the phone.

When you place an order online for a specific time, that's when you want it. I go in to pick up my order after work and still have to wait 25 minutes.

I've tried to order pizza here twice in-person, and walked out. I say order because they didn't have the hot n ready. Both times I stood there and was ignored by some employees and watched 2 others scroll their phones in the back. They don't say hi, or I'll be with you.just stare at their phones.

Went to use a coupon, this location apparently doesn't take them even though their listed on the coupon flyer.

Called 3 different times, no one picked up. Had to order from the Wheeling store. Their pizza crust wasn't fully cooked and made me sick. It was disgusting. May never get pizza from this company again.

This is the second time I have ordered from here and it hasn’t been done. You would assume that is cheese but no it’s the dough, the toppings were removed. It is disgusting that we spent over 60 dollars tonight to feed 7 people and this was the turnout! Couldn’t even eat it. They should be embarrassed!

This is the second time coming here. And once again no hot and ready pizza even ready. None in the oven bc she said it will take 15 min for one pepperoni pizza! Anf they are supposedly out of cheesey bread dough. But they are eating it in the back. Just absolutely insane and ridiculous. This place needs new management. Employees are holding pizza for friends bc they didn't have the correct change and had to go get some. It would have been quicker to go to pizza hut. And to beat it all while waiting they are all in the back hanging out cussing and telling jokes about elderly in the parking lot. Will not be back.

I ordered online today and let me just say kudos to the only employee I saw in the building. The after church rush was in and in a huff, but he kept composed And was handling everything very well. My order was ready as expected, I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes as I saw him busting his butt getting pizzas in and out of the oven plus serving customers.

Orderd from St Clairsville location. Regular pizza was perfect. Deep dish and cheesy breadsticks not so much. Crust was not cooked.raw dough in the middle. Barely cooked on the edges. Very disappointed. Usually is very good.

They have a pizza portal so that you can order online and not wait when you pick up. Then they don't use it and take FOREVER. NOT acceptable service

Just wanted to give well deserved credit/shoutout to the only person working at Little Caesar's this afternoon. He was answering phone calls, taking orders, making tons of food, packaging, and tending to the several people out front. Never once did he look flustered, even if he was. He was working like he had several arms. Our food was hot, fresh, and not rushed. I hope customers do have patience with businesses who are short staffed. They are doing their absolute best.

Long time loyal customer but last 6 months has been trash and I’ve had enough. Never hot and ready. Have to wait at least 15 minutes every time regardless of when I go. Quality has gone down, staff is rough around the edges, and as others have mentioned don’t expect your change back. To top it off they’ve decided go up there prices! Since you always have to wait I have switched to dominos!

Never have crazy bread ready, the girl was not very nice. I always get crazy sauce and ask the for a little banana pepper juice for the sauce.they look at me like im crazy but it is so good added to the sauce and i always get it.the girl said no this time said they drain the juice ha! Since when? Just blah on the customer service side all the way around, felt like i was bothering her just by being there

Was in there quite a few times lately and everytime it's never hot and ready anymore and the girl didnt even offer me my change back? I also had called in prior to picking up my pizza and ordered a pizza and when I got there not one of them knew what was going on lol

Stopped in to get crazy calzoney. Says hot and ready 4-8. Stop in at 5. They say they don't have them hot and ready. False advertising at its best.

We called no one answered the phone. I walked in while my wife was on hold. 3 employees were in the front of the store, talking, laughing and playing on their cell phones while ignoring the store phone. Then the kid who took the order did not know how to key in one of their pizzas listed on the website. Pizza was good but had they answered the phone they may have had more business from other customers.
