Little Caesars Pizza, Columbus OH

Only delivered part of my order but charged me full price. I called the store about the missing items and was told i could come pick it up myself.

The thin crust pizza well done with the crazy crust all over is amazing. The best thing they could've done is come up with a thin crust pizza

This little Caesar’s sucks the pizza is never cut and it’s always burnt.also bad customer service… very very rude not very professional. I’ll never go to that one again…!

I hate going here but its closer to where I live. They are always closing the store early as 3 always has 6 or more in the kitchen area and never answers their phone.

I love getting pizza here. I do not like seeing the workers wear shower caps and bonnets while preparing my food or at the register. It looks highly unprofessional

Fast, good pizza, good service and if you download the app you can go inside and enter the code to get your own pizza out of the warmer. Cool

We all know when we pull up to a LC's it's not for the quality, it's for the price, at least we could have decent customer service, zero at this location, Everytime I go there is an issue, I drive 15 mins the opposite direction to avoid this location

Always made to order. Well I don’t know about the hot and ready but the pizzas I get are always hot. Haven’t had a bad experience here yet

Just posting a review to echo similar sentiments to others. Spent a half hour attempting to call this store to make adjustments to an online order I made and my calls were never answered. Awful service.

Pizza is always fresh.
Update May 2022. Fresh, but ICE COLD! I expected a hot pizza, not one I have to put in the oven to warm back up! Not happy!

Just picked up 2 hot and ready pizzas and they were well made and hot. Surprised cause the one on refugee in Pickerington never has hot and readys. Might have to start coming to this one more.

They say online that are open until 9 PM on Sunday you place an order and it switches it to the next morning and then when you don’t pick up your food they take your money and do not refund I will never go to this store again

The girl working had attitude, was cussing at another employee when I walked in. I asked for the lunch combo and she said they don’t have the stuff to make the deep dish combo…. How do you not have the stuff to make a deep dish but do for everything else? Called pure laziness. And she isn’t even the one making food. Just standing around talking to male employee.

I just had an order delivered from this location. I am missing a whole pizza, the one I did get isn't done and the bread sticks are completely under cooked. Never again.

Ordered in store and already anticipated waiting, but as with all the east side locations a direct phone number that would get answered would be nice if anyone would even answer. Using the app is helpful but paying with cash is not possible

Says it's open on superbowl Sunday and no one here. Use to come here all the time but they close whenever they want and pizza super greasy. Never going to this location again. Bunch of worthless lazy people

They are barely ever open you have to drive over there and hope they're open they never answer the phone and you can't trust hours because chances are they're closed

Drive to another location! The parking lot is so littered with trash it's floating down the street. Loud and extremely inappropriate music blasted while I (and young children) waited in the lobby. No pizzas were hot and ready. Staff was rude and unprofessional. They cursed and played while giving little to no attention to customers. Very poor management.

Very young and "spirited" staff. A lot of profanity, (not towards customers) it was a little uncomfortable. Food was fine and my order was correct. I realize staff is hard to find. I probably will not return to this location.
