Little Caesars Pizza, Niles OH

Food was undercooked and still raw and that happened to us 3 times. Everytime it got more and more bad. They never answer their phone. All around very bad!

I ordered ahead but then arrived 25 minutes earlier than expected. Even though they were steady/busy, and I told them no hurry, they immediately got my order in. It was all done in less than 15 minutes.

Ordered 4 pizzas. Got all the way home and there was an issue with toppings on 2 of them. Called and said we gotta come back up to get it fixed. No problem! Got there and the guy in the kitchen, I didn’t get his name but wish I would have, came rushing up because the other workers were doing other things and handled the issue perfectly! Thanks man for making it worth having to come back up from home! Professional!

It's a drive through. What can I say about atmosphere. Go there once in a blue moon for a Pizza. I like their thin crust.

The other day i was looking for pizza i go to other store and ask to the lady about if they have and she answer i dont let me check she ask in the back and keep working i wait like 5 minutes and she never answer to me i just leave the store and i come to this store ask to the guy if have hot and ready he answer me yes i ask pepperoni and cheese and he say "i do" i ask him one more time if have Italian crazy bread and the guys one more time "ido" i just think this store is amazing.have food ready so i recommend this store 100%.

The best lil cears on the planet. Super nice worker's, and the pizza is awesome everytime.

I frequent here every other week or so and I tell you I have yet to have a bad experience at all. The manger Jason and staff are very polite, and caring, and my food is fresh and handle very professionaly. This the best of little Caesars and I'm glad it's close to me!

We stopped for a fast pizza break and wanted to try the new thin crust. The pizzas were hot ready Price is Right and the counter help was awesome. This is our must stop pizza place

We used the drive-thru service and it was a complete disaster. The worker who took our order at the window as not listening at all and after telling him 5 times that we did not want thin crust that is still what we got. Really disappointed and was tempted to take it back as the toppings were also messed up but I live 20 minutes away and didn't want to waste gas to drive all the way back out.

I always extremely impressed at peak hours they were REALLY on it above and beyond other Little Caesars which the one on Belmont in Liberty is busy and usually pretty darn good having pizza on hand or within a couple minutes literally.

But this location had Cheese Stuffed Crazy Bread fresh hot ready 2 bags and 2 pepperoni fresh hot and ready at peak!

Way to go crew! You are absolutely AMAZING and greatly appreciated!

Pizza still raw and doughy. Not cooked long enough. Items put on pizza very sloppy. Wasn't cut all the way threw the crust. And our cookie that was also pre ordered was not ready. Had to get it out of big walk in. Worst service we have gotten. Once again another restaurant/ pizzaria we will not be going back to. Sad

Awesome staff and when you get it made to order, it's some of the best pizza in the area. They used to have a deep dish stuffed crust, that was AMAZING, and is still probably all-time favorite pizza, but they discontinued that a few years back.

This pizza joint is the best in town. Get anything other than the traditional pizza and you'll be happy you ordered here. They still offer the stuffed cheesy bread

We called in our order. When we got there they said they never spoke to us. We showed them our phone and the time the call was. Also last week the pizza was $10.00 and this was $11.00 for the same pie

Always fast service. Food is great. I just wish they would pay a bit more attention when cutting the pizza. One slice will be barely a sliver and the next slice is half the pizza.

Staff is wonderful! I get a lunch deal pizza almost every week. Awesome service & the pizza is amazing!

Just called to figure out an order that little ceasars (youngstown warren rd) had messed up, and some manly voice woman was on there screaming and cussing at me (maybe that time of the month) and I don't know who runs or manages this joke of a person but they need handled.i really dont wanna upset the little ogre but she or he needs put in there place.that is all!
