Little Caesars Pizza, Napoleon OH

Ordered my food and was told it would be 17 min for the wings I ordered. Also told they would just throw fresh pizzas in the oven that I ordered since it would be so long. 25 min later they forgot about me and had to come ask what my order was. Finally got my food and the pizzas were definitely not fresh.

I left Very upset! I was totally ignored and finally I asked if I could place an order and the manager said oh let me check making me feel very unwelcome. I left and they lost my money! The manager was walking around doing nothing but being rude ignoring customers.

While visiting my parents from out of town, we ordered a pizza on our way back from Walmart. It took only 10 mins, we waited in our car, and they brought it out to us! Not only that, it was delicious, and very, very reasonably priced! Five stars

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru, no pizza ready, told online orders came first. Only two people working and they didn't know when they would have pizza ready

I understand that this store is going through staffing changes but I was appalled by the lack of customer service. First I tried to order online and was not able to it said online ordering was not able to be done at that store at this time. Then I called in and ordered and they said they could not honor the online promotion because it was online only. Fine I ordered anyway. Then I get home with my pizza and my order was wrong so I called up there to ask them to remake it. I continued to call for almost 10 minutes with no answer before I decided to drive over there. When I informed them that I had called numerous times and no one answered my call I was not told sorry or anything they just took my incorrectly made pizza and said they would make a new one. Great and by the way now my side is sitting at home getting cold and I have to wait after working all day for my food to be made a second time. An I'm sorry and maybe a discount on my next order would have been the polite thing to do but that was too much to ask. My family does like little Cesar's pizza but I think this store really needs a lesson on customer service.

If I could give no stars I would. This place has become a joke. I get it people don’t want to really work right now. But if you have employment thru a company that works with customers at least try to be friendly. This make 2 times I’ve gone thru about 15-20 mins to close and requested a cheese free pizza and was told they would not make it because they was closing I had my pick of stale breadsticks or someone’s else forgotten pizza. First time I spoke with management and nothing was done nor did I even receive an apology. So since they didn’t seem to care enough to address the situation the last time it happened. I don’t think I will be returning to this location any time in the future.

Be sure to call and make sure the store is open before you place an order! I placed an order on 5/15 through their app, but when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked, lights were off, and nobody would answer the phone! I called Little Caesars customer support and they said they would reach out to the store so I could get my refund, but I haven't heard anything. Be careful if you order from this store! They should at least disable app ordering if they aren't going to be open, so people don't waste their money!

Great staff. My car died in their parking lot and they remade my pizza when I got my car fixed

I had a wonderful time ordering from here in Napoleon. Big shout out to mason he was excellent in describing the food and gave me fast friendly service!

We ordered via app and arrived expecting to go in and pick our pizza.no such luck. We had to reorder and wait. But we were able to do so and the wait was worth it. Our pizza and breadsticks were amazing.

Pulled up to the drive-thru, was told I'd have to wait 5 minutes. Pulled around front and watched person after person get food and leave. Figured they got busy mine would be next.nope. 15 mins later I go in, say it's been 15 mind and the guy look dumbfounded like he didn't remember me. Then it hit him and I got a single under his breath sorry I forgot and he handed me my pizza. I don't usually get pizza from there but chose them for their convenience. Ended up being an inconvenience.

Just stopped here for the Crazy Bread. Better than what we get in Defiance. Was baked just right, not overcooked and not almost burnt. If you live in the Defiance County area, I strongly recommend driving the extra 15 miles to this establishment rather than the local one until it gets things sorted out.

We waited 30 minutes on our pizza since nothing was cooked up hot and ready as they claim to be famous for. We agreed to wait the 7 minutes as the young man said it would take and in fact it was much longer than was stated. I had already paid so I was committed to the order. Only 2 people was there. The food came out but it wasn't worth the wait by any means. Italian cheese bread was cold and my pizza wasn't cooked all the way through. Very doughy and gummy! I won't be going there for pizza again.

Went there for the half pizza half cheese bread before work. I tried eating a cheese bread and it was dry and tough. Tried the pizza it was also very dry and tough. Very disappointed in the food.

Me and my fiancé go to this location all the time. The food is always hot fresh and ready when we come in. We love the deep dish!

It was great. Loaded with toppings. Would have given 5 stars but I thought the crust could of been cooked a slide longer.
