Little Caesars Pizza, Cincinnati OH

We tried the new pizza calzone. It wasn't what I thought it would be. They put all of the ingredients in the middle. Nothing but cheese in the calzone. You can't choose you toppings. It hah ham, sausage and pepperoni. The ham was salty.

Everybody look dirty and nasty at this location. The guy at the window was high and sluggish with dirty nails. They don't wear gloves when preparing people's food, yuck!

This Little Caesars location consistently gets my orders wrong and has yet to have my order ready on time. If you want a refund you will be forced to call in to get a refund that takes weeks to come back. Of the 6 times I have ordered from this location in the past year, 5 times they have messed up or just given me the completely wrong order.

I understand trying to employ the special needs but the lady at the front desk is seriously rude and useless

They don't wear gloves making food. They touch money an go make pizzas.what happen to cleanliness.

-5, negative stars. Third time in two months I stopped in for a Hot and Ready pizza. They turned 5 cars in front of me away, I got there and lights are off, guy at drive up window say they have no dough and no fixings. Seriously! So over the no service here.

This place is horrible. I should’ve read the reviews before even ordering from here. My crazy bread was harder than a rock. I couldn’t even chew it. My pizza had so much cheese on it that it felt like I was eating a chunk of cheese. Mind you the pizza wasn’t well done as requested. I am very disappointed. The only reason I ordered is because I wanted crazy bread. I did all that just to receive my order an hour late and be extremely disappointed in my craving being cured.

Everyone bellow me set their standards way too high. One would think about the experience from the reviews below mine, but it's $6 pizza. For that price, you got a whole life experience. Seems like a fair deal to me.

If I could give negative stars I would. Walked into the store, both guys high as a kite told us they only take online orders. So we go and order online (all good). We see the only two guys working leave the store and hide behind the building smoking. Assumed the pizza was in the oven, we assumed wrong. We go inside to pick up the order at the scheduled time (30 minutes past when we had arrived originally mind you) and NO ONE is in the building. 6 more customers walk in and the drive through is full, a combo of door dashers (all whom canceled their orders) and online pickups that were not filled. They had to manually take our order and when we finally got our food an hour later of the original arrival time, the order was ENTIRELY wrong. Both employees reeked of weed, were laughing, getting all the other orders wrong, and giving attitude to customers who had asked for refunds. Terrible service. Do not come here.

Never had a good experience at this location but this was a particularly bad visit. Pizzas were small and not well made

Ordered a pizza, received the wrong order, called to see if we could get correct order and was placed on hold for 15 minutes with no updates. Ended up driving there, workers were outside hanging out ignoring the phone despite there being no other customers or orders.

Sent me someone else’s order and REFUSES to answer their phone. Thanks for the cold food and the total opposite of what I ordered.

I’m assuming this was supposed to be a pretzel pizza, but it’s just a normal pepperoni swimming in salt.

Ridiculous. Never again.

Absolutely terrible. They love to waste your time here (waited about 45 mins to close and still no food). They desperately need organization.

Went just to grab just a pepperoni pizza that I ordered online. Got there wasn't ready at the time it said it would be and the bottom of the pizza was still doughy

I ordered some wings, a pizza & cheesy bread. My cheesy bread sticks were not good at all, they didn't taste fresh, & they were hard. I did enjoy my pizza, it was very fresh & good. I called to let them know as soon as I got the delivery & sat down to eat. I still haven't received the refund they promised me 3-5 business days.

Order was 20 mins late and incomplete. Ordered two 20oz drinks was charged for them and never got them. Tried calling the number and it just rings till you get a damn aol dial up tone.
