Just do yourself a favor and drive to the next closest one. You will still get home with your pizza faster.

I give this place a 0 star tried to call to place an order no one answered the phone, so I tried another store and the same thing happened. They lost my business.

I called on10-26-23 and not answering there calls I wanted to pre order for 11 pizza but I guess I will call another store your loss. Should have picked your phone up I let it ring numerous times and called back 2 other times for no one to pick up!

Order on phone said 10 to 15 got there its a total disaster pizza sitting on counters no one asks what your waiting for.such chaos.sorry had to leave and forget order!

Waited a month tried it again.place is a nasty joke.my mom loves their pizza or id never go.waited 30 minutes again no one waiting counter! Left without pizza again!

Will not be visiting this location again! I waited 45 min for two pizzas! Orders being handed out wrong, no update as to when the order will be ready. I understand everywhere is short staffed. There is nothing wrong with telling a customer it’ll be 45min to an hr wait on pizza. Don’t just have us standing there while you guys just continue to make the online and door dash orders a priority.

Waited 35 minutes for a fresh pizza orders give out out of order, online orders seemed to have priority, my pizza was burnt and I couldn't even get it replaced. Idk if I'll ever be back to be honest. Usually this place rocks.

The crust has really gone downhill. XMB used to be delicious. Now crust tastes like flat stale leftovers from a week ago.

This location is a train wreak, don't waste your time placing an order on the app, if you happen to actually get your order most likely it is wrong.

Short staffed, and had a note on the door saying they was doing online orders only, but the website was only taking orders for next day. Ordered inside, staff at the cash register looked really out of it.

Worst little Caesar’s ever. Never answer their phone, online ordering never works. I should count this is a blessing honesty that we never have luck placing orders. Would like to see this location close down.

I ordered on the app and it said to pick up order at the Fairfield store pizza portal. I never received a notification that it was ready. I waited at the store and there was nothing in the pizza portal. I put my number in to be sure. Nothing. I finally went to the counter and asked about my order and it was sitting in the hot hold area! Srsly? 4 other people were also waiting at the pizza portal! They weren't even using the pizza portal, yet Customers were not told this when we arrived! No one was at the counter even!

Food is so good but service is terrible we had to wait 50 minutes to get our pizza when everyone after us got theirs before we did.kitchen was disgusting, pizza sauce all over the walls and crumbs everywhere.they didn’t have the drinks that we ordered and there was mold in the fridge.and when we went to ask about our pizza the server was rude and demanding.and on top of that they didn’t even give us the right food.if i could i would rate it a zero.

The pizza is good however the place is dirty. They need to clean the place up! You can see the dirt on heating cabinets floors even the employees look like they need a long bath. Disgusting

Ordered on the app for pick up at the pizza portal and after waiting til it was almost time to pick it up I went to check the status of my order in the app and there were no updates. So after waiting til about 10 minutes after my projected pickup time I still didn't get an update or a portal code. My husband went in the check on the order and it had been done sitting on the back counter and no one updated the order status and they didn't even put it in the portal to keep it warm. Employees are also rude. There's location has really gone down hill.

This is indeed a Little Caesars, The pizza is better than expected for a $6 pie and service is generally pretty good. The store is generally not very clean but again serves a passable to even good $6 pie. If you expect more from a little Caesars, I recommend you go to a different pizza restaurant.

Did an order thru the app. Drove down to pick up our order when I walked into the location I was told they were out of the M&M desert would I like a substitute? I said no we are not big Twix fans could you just give me a refund? They canceled my whole order and wanted me to repay which I could not do because I left my wallet at home as I did use the app. The employee just turned around and put the pizza away with out even apologizing or offering a solution. This the second time we have had trouble getting pizza from this place will not be back.

I know that it has not only happened to me for the first time I call this place and it will be the last time to place an order and pick it up it was 7: 26 at night I call a young woman answers me I tell her to place an order and she tells me quickly We close at 8: 00 pm, I ask her but can you place the order and suddenly I felt that she dropped the call I gave her the benefit of the doubt I called again and only the recording came out I ended up confirming that she was the one who dropped the call He asked me if you are not going to provide services for what does he answer?

Received my food in the time stated. And it was really good! One of the best little Caesars.

Friday night after the big ice and snow stormI came in right before close (I know I know. I swear I didn't know what time they closed that night I felt bad) the crew that was in there was so sweet and apologetic when they only had one sausage pizza left. I bought it told them I understood and bought one of the last wings and crazy bread left. My husband had dropped me off there to run get our Chinese and my grandmother's burger king (which he couldn't get because we forgot to check closing times that night we were over tired and stupid that evening) and even though they were closed let me stay inside the store to wait on him to pick me. I mean he was just across the street but that was really sweet and the two that took care of me were so kind I wish I knew their names to call the store to compliment them to the gm. I work in fast food I understand how bad you want to go home after a long day and I especially understand how few and far between good comment calls are so if you are the gm and are reading this the tall young gentleman with the black nail polish and the young lady with glasses and I believe brown and rainbow ish hair, she also had a few crystal necklaces on, were really helpful and friendly and told me under no circumstances should I want outside with as cold as it was even though it wouldn't have been more than five minutes. I believe they should receive some sort of something for that. Don't worry I tipped as much as could still I wish I knew their names and the store had a recognition board I could put them on.
