Placed an online order. Was missing an item. Then go back in and waited 10+ just to get it even though there was 2 other workers running front to back that could have handed it to me easily.

I ordered two pizzas and got them both within 10 minutes. I thought they tasted great too! It’s much cheaper than any other pizza place around and tastes great!

Disgusting. Hilliard Rome road - waited 45 minutes (for one pizza and crazy bread) and left empty handed will NOT be back

I ordered 2 classic sausage and 1 deep dish pizza. I was advised to wait 10 minutes. After about 8 minutes I came back in and placed an order for 3 wings. I was told it would be an additional 5 minutes. After 45 minutes my order was not ready! Everyone who ordered after me was getting their meals before me. After I finally received it I check it in-store for accuracy. One of my sausage pizzas had approximately 7 sausages on it. The cashier said “what’s wrong” I showed her the pizza while expressing my displeasure. She said “Aww yea, ” and turned away. I did not make a big deal about it because I didn’t want to wait an additional 45 minutes for a remake. I suggest you try a different location. This one sucks.

Always 'hot' but never ready. Usually have to wait for food but it's good when you finally get your pizza. Wait times have gradually crept up to the point where I've been told 30+ minutes to stand there for a basic pepperoni pizza. I've also tried ordering online but received a notification saying this location isn't accepting online orders.

Extremely slow, and wait times are super inaccurate both times we've ordered. Will not be coming back.

They are not sure how to ring up their food so please check your receipts also they should tell you when food you ordered you expect warm is served cold because that is the worst especially when you pay for it to be warm not a great experience

Might not want to leave signage outside on windy days. Second time going here and noticing the signs are just trip hazards more than anything. Everything else was great though.

Zero's across the board here. For a company that sells "Hot & Ready" pizza's, the goal might be to have at least 1 actually ready. This place does a great job of making you wait. Pay for a real pizza anywhere else but here. You'll thank yourself later.

Updated. Been 10 months.figured I'd try one last time. Not really sure how it stays in business when nothing is every even ready.

Bad service with the staff who take the order, lousy and racist with the Hispanic people, disgusting in the restaurant

Every single time i order from this location they mess something up i get all the way back home somethings wrong i call they want me to bring the food back! Ridiculous you should just give me credit for whatever the issie was so on my next visit but no want me to drag my children out and bring food back i will never order from this location again the manager is rude and disrespectful mouthing off to customers just not a good experience ever.

I was taken care of by sidney & her service was excellent.she greeted me and made sure that my order was correct, i can tell she takes pride in making sure that the customer is satisfied with their order.

Great food and great experience! The employee, Sidney, offered excellent customer service and my food came out hot and fresh. Will be coming back!
