Little Caesars Pizza, Delaware OH

My order - meat pizza, stuffed crust pepperoni, wings and crazy bread.
What I received- meat pizza, 2 cheese pizzas, crazy bread with no sauce.
Pizza not cut. The sad part is this isn’t the first time. I’ve never seen a group of employees that care so little about their job. Hopefully someday this location will get it together.

Never answer their phone ever to take orders. The worst little Ceasars over ever experienced. Employees cus when you in the store.

What happened to this place it used to be so good? It doesn't even taste anything like little Caesars pizza anymore 1/2

Best experience! Sweet cashier and calzone is awesome can't go anywhere else to get 2 pizzas for 15$!

20 minutes late, the cashier was actually eating a piece of freaking pizza when she handed me the crazy sauce she forgot (big health code violation), and the pizza is inedible. They'll never see a penny from my household again. Seriously worst pizza experience I've ever had. Kids have no dinner now because the pizza is actually inedible. The crust is over 1.5 inches thick and raw inside. You guys suck. Like really really bad.

Worst little Caesars I’ve been to. Ordered from them a couple times and both times had to wait well over a hour before they even started making my food.

Was planning a last minute quick birthday party for my daughter and planned on ordering 6-8 pizzas. I called little Caesars Pizza to see if they had any deals for large orders or anything because if not I was just planning to do the hot and ready pizzas. I quickly changed my mind and decided to go through another pizza shop because the employee that answered the phone (Bee) was rude and with attitude said "we don't have any deals for you. The 'hot and ready' pizza's are only $5.99 anyway. " When I got off the phone I decided to call donatos to see what they could offer and they offered me $10 for 1 topping pizza's unlimited. And they were extremely friendly and are also providing plates, cups and napkins. That is above and beyond of them and I had no problem paying $3-$4 extra per pizza for their amzing customer sevice! Little Caesars lost out on about $60-$80 not including tip.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Placed orders here before, always have wait time problems, Hardly ever has the food done at stated time. This time however, I was helped by a different employee, but same atmosphere and food quality. The food is never cut, and when it is, it’s only for show. The lines do not cut through, you can lift a whole pizza by one ‘slice’. The pizza in picture, isn’t cooked fully, wasn’t sliced (had to ourselves), and was falling off itself. Completely soaked in sauce, almost impossible to eat without getting everywhere.

Carry-out/pick-up only. Little Caesars has a huge win with pretzel crust pizza. My son and I love it. This location is usually spot-on. On occasion; however, the attention to detail is lacking. The last visit is an example, they left the pretzel salt off of the pizza.

Must be under new management or have new workers since the last time we ordered months ago. The food was bad. And the crazy bread was uncut and very under seasoned. Drinks were warm. When we went in said the name the guys said it's being worked on and we said it's actually the one right there with my name on it. "OH no that's not your order" we said read it again as it definitely was. Used to be good but not that great any more.

No AC in the building. Didn't put cheese sauce on my pretzel pizza and no pepperoni like I specifically asked for. The guy on the phone didn't give me a price or estimated time done or even ask for my name.

Don’t waste your time or money at this place. Management and employees have no motivation. I arrived to pick up my order at the quoted time. Staff member waited at least 5 mins before acknowledging me. Tells me my order will be another 15 mins.
37 minutes later my order was finally ready.

42 mins after the quote time for 2 pizzas is absolutely ridiculous, Especially since it wasn’t even a Friday.

Wait forever to get little Ceasars pizza hot n ready because they dont tend to the front lobby enough only to get charged for a extra pizza

Apparently we don’t know how to answer phones! Called twice to place order on hold for 10 mins each made it to the location (still on hold) to find not only no customers but them just standing there not doing a thing

Not sure who runs the show there but obviously clueless. If someone puts an online order in to pickup then it needs to be ready at that time. If you can't meet that window then call the the person. Also, leave someone at the counter! If you don't have the staff then shut it down for the day. Use your brains for once.

I ordered a cheese pizza and this is what I got, asked them to remake it and the second was worse… manager wouldn’t knowledge the complaint and had the employee tell me it’s a cheese shortage and it’s nothing they could do… I advise everyone check your pizza before you leave the Delaware Ohio location

Everywhere I've ever made to this Little Caesars has been wrong in some way shape or form either light on the sauce or no sauce or I order a stuffed crust and get a pretzel crust or I order a regular pepperoni pizza and get one with alfredo sauce instead of pizza sauce! When the air has been brought to their attention they fix it but every time there's something wrong.

This place has gone way down. There is no hot and ready and the employees act like they don't care. The pizza we got today was awful see pics below. It was not cut and honestly my 5 years old could do a better job! Drive to Westerville it will be a lot better than this place!

Terrible pizza, never hot and ready, and all around seems dirty. Go anywhere else but this place.

The staff was very prompt and quite polite. The pizza was prepared quickly. The pretzel crust did not look or taste much like pretzel, and they were out of salt. The second pizza had very little topping. Onions are cheap but there were almost none and the pepperoni/sausage was minimal.
