Literally waiting on food after ordering it for pickup more than a half an hour later. Wasting money and time

It's a mixed bag in regards to the quality, or done-ness of their food. The place is just average at best and you get what you pay for. Also it's worth mentioning that when the place gets busy, it really gets busy - especially when opting for the drive-thru.

Usually the customer service there is "mid". However, a few staff members there are nice and attentive. One awesome person as such that stands out to me is this young gentlemen with thick frame glasses and a speech impedimemt; I don't know his name, but he does an incredible job and is a hard worker all around. Certainly, of the handful of times I've had him take my order, he has my respect for making sure him along with other kitchen members communicate well.

I can't say the same for one other person I encountered at the window - this being my most recent visit the day as I write this review. This short lady probably in her 40s with a Southern accent took my order and came off as somewhat rude, seemed like I could have been an inconvenience despite being the only customer in the entire parking lot, and seemed to talk to me as if I was stupid or something.explaining and asking things in needl333ess great length as one would to a 10 year-old. She also jumped to correct me a few 14555535⅘⁴43%3 I wanted. I know the national menu very well, as I've been a long-time customer here for at least 13 years, but, I and anyone else for that matter can't just always remember what the current prices are for the chain's

Worst location ever. Its run by a bunch of teenagers with no respect. They forgot 3 items on my order. When i came back inside the store, they started to interrogate me saying "are you sure you didnt get those items" in a very condensending tone and laughing amonst each other. These kids need not only a better boss, but better parenting.

I've ordered deep dish here for years but the last three times, they weren't baked all the way and were very doughy. I specifically asked for them to check it this last time, yet it was still doughy. This establishment has done nothing but go downhill in terms of service and quality.

Im On a road trip passing through. Sometimes when you get your tastebuds all ready for something you’ve craved for a while, you get the urge to stop the car On Sight. I Wanted some crazy bread! Not Dry Ash “crazy bread”, no butter, no cheese, overcooked …was what I got. What’s worse is I was already on the freeway before I looked in the bag. My
feelings are hurt now.: (

ONLY good for their cheesy bread every time I been here, the employees seem nice and it’s always been warm when picked up.

No longer carry paper plates, two time my company and I have gotten hot n ready pizzas and they are either under cooked or have sat in the warmer way too long and when I called to get them replaced at a later time for it was past the time we can go get food for lunch they denied the request.

Last Sunday I went to buy 2 pizza, that I dont know why, but they are always very thin in the middle is a mess when you want to take a slice, I paid on the window and the person who was there, he asked me if I want to leave a tip on my card and I said NO, tip for what? You are not even getting outside of the building to give me my order, and what is the case? , when I saw my receipt he take 2.99 tip, I was like what? !? Why? !? I clearly said NO, I go back to te building, went inside and told him that he took tip when I said NO! …I dont know what he did in the computer and took me receipt and just said ok is ok, just you can leave, I leave and Im waiting for my bank account to show the money back, if not, I will see that with my bank to have my money back, because he steal my money. He name is Tyler. So always check the receipt. I will never came back to that place!

This place doesn't even deserve one star. The Mexican kid that works here is very disrespectful. He lied and said he was a manager and lied about his name when asked. The corporate manager clarified that there is no one by the name of Pablo that works here. The kid also called a customer the N word which is NOT professional in any way whatsoever. I use to order here all the time when the two girls worked here that knew what they were doing and treated the working atmosphere and customers with respect and took their job seriously. This place is awful now. I will NEVER order here again. This place has become the WORST pizza place in Massillon.

Worst customer service ever. Not once, not twice, but three times my order has been messed up in 2 weeks. Terrible time management. Poor attitudes.

Please make sure the pizzas are FULLY COOKED, and also please cut them all the way through. Other than that they're always great, polite, and on time when I place orders for pick up.

Terrible. Not answering phone when I call. I Walk in to order and I am looked at and ignored. The person behind the counter is busy braging about a argument they had with another customer. Not a good look.

I have gotten take out a few times from this location and every single time the dough is raw and not cooked enough. This last time was horrible and we will not order from this location again.

My most recent visit was absolutely tragic. I got the ultimate supreme deep dish pizza. The dough was not pushed all the way to the edges of the pan so therefore most of my toppings and my cheese were on the pan and burned, and turned crusty was still placed inside of the box. So it wasn't full complete pieces. The same thing with the Italian cheese bread and I bought two of those. I can tell you I will probably never visit this location again. I've heard bad reviews about this particular store and I personally never had a problem. If I order again, it will be from the Canton location.

It's Little Caesars.so it's hit or miss. Usually miss though on the quality.
Set your expectations low that way you won't be disappointed

Raw doughy pizza. Way undercooked.
I already knew I would be waiting for my order, there was no reason to rush it.

This location is gross and filthy. Our pizzas were raw. One was a deep dish supreme, the other was a regular cheese pizza. The dough was not cooked. I had to put our pizzas in my oven for 20 minutes to get them cooked through.
