Little Caesars Pizza, Ashtabula OH

Gotta be careful with your orders apparently. There are reasons they won't take your money until the food is done. I ordered a pepperoni and bacon and after about a hour, they charged me 14 dollars smh

Christopher Dean wouldn't take my order and overrang it.
My pizza was raw in the center.
After getting the pizza and realizing it was just dough in the middle, I went in to have it remade and was told that I was a "waste of space" and that I should "kill my self". Not going again. Other staff were fine.

Went in there for a cheese bread and thin crust lite sauce talked to the kid at the front counter for a while he was honestly a good genuine kid didn’t catch a name but had tattos and a man bun also really amazing food and a lot cleaner now from a few years ago when I came

Terrible customer service. Poorly cooked and packaged food. DO NOT EAT AT THIS HORRIBLE HOLE IN THE GROUND.

Called in a order because I had running around to do, came up to the shop when they said. They said they never got an order from me. So I put the order in again, went to AutoZone.came back, pick up the food went home. It had the wrong topping but whatever, it was half hard and cold like it was hours old.
I gave it to my dogs we went out and got helcyon, they are a bit more money but the food is a lot better there. I'm done with this place.

I've been getting pizza here for a while and it's always been ok. Always been a great value. But today I ordered a extra most bestest off the Mobile app. And I went in to pick it up and I wanted to buy a garlic dip thing and the young man behind the counter was very nice. Actually genuinely seem liked he was happy to be there. And the pizza definitely tatse much better today even my son said something. I don't know if they have new management or what. People always make comments when it's bad on reviews I wanted to make sure I highlighted when it was great! Keep it up!

The food is good but it's always a bit greasy. The workers always seem to be rushing around. Almost like "what do you want? Get out" type thing

Paid for spaghetti sause for cheesy bread never got. Ask for mild Buffalo got ranch Buffalo. Not sure if have regular Buffalo or not. But everytime order dont get sause.

My "hot and ready" pizza that I got around 5: 30 pm must have been made during lunch time.was hard, dry.couldn't even bite into the crust for fearing breaking a tooth

Deep dish was raw.the ppl that work there barely answer the phone. When they do answer its is that it after everything ya say. They hang up and answer very rudely. They literally made me feel like a dirt bag for even ordering from them. Will never order from them again until they get rid the ppl that work there. Even gave them a tip when I picked up the pizza. No thank you no smile nothing.

Every random time I stop to grab a hot n ready there is never any available it’s always a 10-15 min wait

It's still hard to call and get someone to order. I would use the Pizza Portal, but it is down half the time and takes twice as long. I like LC, but they need to get their s**t together, especially at this particular store. If I owned it, I would fire everyone and start over at the top with a great manager. I did call 3X today. I finally got someone, but they told me, and I quote, "we are not taking any more orders right now. " It's was at 6 pm, I guess they can't handle a dinner rush.

Had to wait 15 minutes for my order, no hot and ready pizza available at 12pm on a Friday. While waiting they made hot and ready pizzas so people could come and go quickly without a wait. I and the 4 people after me wait patiently the next 5 left with out waiting. Not fair. And prices went up again. Cheaper else ware.

The lobby is usually packed but ordering online helps tremendously. The pizza has been kind of not the best lately. Usually super flat even though I order the regular crust, kind of burnt and it's cut ridiculously random. Some tiny, some huge, not even all the way through.
