Little Caesars Pizza, Logan OH

I think the Detroit deep dish pizza is the best. But unfortunately I only go here when I have a brain fart. The service here sucks now, yesterday they had one girl doing drive thru, and the front, while other employees just stood around talking. Absolutely no hot and ready pizzas. When I was finally brought up my order the guy just came up, sat it down and walked away. No customer service at all. How about sorry your order took so long, or have a good day. A simple thing could keep a customer happy.

The manager wasn’t working, but just talking to other employees, about non work related stuff.

Asked for a pizza with no salt for the Pretzel crust. Still put it on and then they took took them like 7 to 10 minutes for a refund. What a joke.

Manager is very rude if you have a complaint about food. She trys to argue about everything and does nothing about the messed up order. I always order about 8: 30pm on Friday night after work. They don't close until 11pm. I usually order 5 to 7 hot and readys & 2 orders of crazy combos. They always get mad when I'm ordering. I always order extra sauce and they never put NO SAUCE AT ALL! The crazy bread was nearly raw and smelled like yeast. They will not remake or refund nothing at this store. I'm never ordering here again. Jody, you suck as a manager & you're a mean rude human being!

The worst customer service experience I ever had! I ordered a cheese pizza and picked it up only to see its pepperoni. I have a friend who is vegetarian so obviously she couldn’t eat the pizza. I went back to exchange it for the right pizza. Only one worker greeted me and got my pizza started and gave me the messed up one for free. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting on a pizza that had been done 20 minutes ago. Every other worker just stared at me instead of helping me. Finally someone came up and asked me what I needed and I told them and they grabbed the pizza off the shelf where it had been sitting for 20 or so minutes. I’ve never been one to be upset for inconveniences. I have worked in food before and it’s not easy but this was just ridiculous. I will never be going here again and others should choose somewhere else to eat. I love little Caesars but not this one.

The Pizza didn't have enough sauce in it and I would prefer it to be spread closer to the edges.

The food is alright for the price (if you want to wait around for an hour or so to get it). The app says it's done, but when you get there, it isn't even started. Try to get someone's attention, and they ignore you. I can't even say they service was bad. It was nonexistent. And reading through the reviews of the place it is common practice.

Very slow the app said the food would be ready and one time and it ended up taking am hour longer than that. I understand places r short staffed but an hour and a half to get 2 pizzas was crazy

It was super busy so service was not the best, however the pizza came out very doughy and undercooked this time unlike normally

Great service and fast. With the drive thru available it made it even better. Definitely give a thumbs up

I rushed to Little Caesars after another chain failed to open and fulfill my large order on time. I needed 30 pizzas immediately. The cashier smiled and said sure, they can do it, eta about an hour. I needed the pizzas like 10 minutes ago but I didn't have any other choice at this point. They finished all 30 pizzas in about half an hour and then helped me load them to the car. Everyone had a super friendly attitude and did everything they could to accommodate for my frantic request.

Sorry but the service at Logan's LC was horrible. They had like 12 customers standing around confused like I was and no I'm generally not confused. I worked in restaurants over the years. They didn't let us know anything that was going on just kept going back and forth just not too the counter. But I will say the pretzel crust is pretty good.

Seems as if the employees who work later at night are lost in what to do at this job. Says 10 minutes for a pizza, and then 40 minutes later, they finally bring ours out after everyone behind us got the same pizza before us. It's still cheap and halfway decent pizza, but nothing to write home about.

I gave them 2 stars because of how mad I was at them it was 1 so it's improving, I believe in 2nd chances because this place has never let me down before (the day time lady is so sweet) but when I come in as much as I do and I order food that my email said was done go to the counter, they didn't know where my pizza was. And then when I was told they were Making me a new pizza, Noone started my new pizza so I sat there for another 25 mins waiting on a pizza that wasn't put in! No apology once from the manager! Only the little girl working the front counter! (who just told the manager she was sick and he said don't do that to me and walked away) still didn't get my pizza that I paid for I left and I think the money went back on my card because it was an online order.

Hot and ready pizza said would be a 6 min wait for it and cheese bread, 30 min later I went into store, which was not busy, asked if order was ready and the cashier turned and walked away. Person who was parked beside me came in and said she had been there for 1 hour, the guy said her wings were frozen. Very poor customer service. Another person came in to order and walked out because they never came to the counter to take the order but took a drive thru order that came in 5 min after her.

There are 7 people in the lobby and Everyone in here have been waiting for over an hour. It's like this every time.

45 min wait on my pizzas and when i finally got them they werent even hot. Wish i could give a No star reveiw
