I have to give this place 5 stars. We stop here probably once a week. I work late some nights and this is convenient. The staff are always fast & friendly. Everything has always been correct. I've never had a bad experience.
Some of the reviews I see seem ridiculous. This is Little Ceasars, not an Artisan pizza parlor. It is good pizza for the price. Served by great staff.
This place is a dump. I pulled up and ordered, then waited half an hour outside to be served a burnt pizza and cheesy bread. Burnt really bad too, it tasted awful. Its sad but ill probably never come back here.
There was literally one woman running the whole show on a very busy Friday night trying to fix all of the mistakes her staff was making. Her staff clearly did not care. If she needs a new job, I’ve got one for her because she showed true work ethic through the chaos and she won’t have to deal with slouches like that. Ordered a large pretzel pizza with only cheese, no pepperoni. It was given to her by a staff member with attitude to give to me, sealed, with pepperoni, half burned and cut like a toddler was handed a pizza cutter. The woman mentioned I did not get her name but she was absolutely an amazing worker and should be offered a higher paying job. Because if you have to deal with staff like that and not lose your cool, that’s commendable. Will not be returning to buy food but I will return to give her a job application.

Waited 20 minutes past time was ready for order, got one pizza that looked like it was dropped on the floor and they gave me the wrong 2nd pizza. Called, took pizza back and waited again, still got wrong pizza.
Not the first time pizzas weren't ready on time, not the first time they screwed up and gave the wrong pizza.
Not waiting for the first time they get my order correct and REMOTELY on time anymore, have no reason to go back.
My crazy bread wasn’t even cooked all the way through it was super doughy it’s was disgusting
They messed my order up. So they re made it and served me raw crazy bread. This isn’t the first time either. I’m not going to come back to this location anymore: (someone’s going to get really sick.
Store is dirty and takes forever to bring food out if they "pull you forward"
Just ordered again today through the app. Ordered light sauce on my pizza. They are obviously unable to read their screen. They put extra sauce on the pizza. Worthless.
Horrible customer service and quality of food had significantly decreased over the past few weeks. Was given 2 "pizzas" (photo attached) after waiting 15 minutes to be served whilst the staff visibly played on their phones the whole time.
The pizza is the worst pizza I’ve had. We’ve waited in the drive through line for over an hour while workers walked by and made eye contact, walked outside to speak to friends. Yelled hello & nothing. Do better or just close.
Came in, wait 12 minutes to put in my order. I ordered a extra-mostest pepperoni. I was told it would be 10 to 12 minutes for it to get done. I then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for it. 3 times some one from the kitchen came out and asked what I ordered. It seemed the employees were more interested to joking and trying to tell a story to the next shift manager than to get my order. I t finally came out 1hr.and 10 minutes later.
The pizza was mediocre at best. I would have walked out except they made sure I paid up front first. Worst location that I have ever been to and I've worked at pizza shops before. Inside and out doing deliveries.
Unless you have lots of time to waste or want a pizza that is 1 step above frozen, then you need to go to another chain for your food.

While it took 20 minutes to wait in line at the drive- thru for our order to be complete, it was completely worth it! The pizzas were delicious, fresh, and so good! Service was okay, everyone was nice.

Almost three weeks ago I placed an order online. I drove over and waited in the parking lot while my pizza was “in the oven” according to the website. At what was the end of my break, I finally walked in and waited another 5 minutes in the store for someone to come out and tell me they didn’t have the ingredients to make my order. I’ve called several times since to get a refund. They just keep telling me to call back at a different time when the district manager will be there. Absolutely wretched experience.
Good food for a good price. Waiting took longer than expected but not unreasonably long considering it was their busiest time of day.
The lady who took my order was a bit rude but the nice gentlemen who took over was amazing and awesome and very kind and polite couldn't have went better once he came to the window
Never again. Three strikes your out. You'll wait forever, you'll be ignored, and more than likely, your pizza will be awfully made.
Dining room for some reason was closed, so I went through the drive through. I was the only car in the drive through. The worker in there made eye contact with me but didn’t talk to me and just walked away. I could hear employees chatting. Left after waiting. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Cici’s needs to come back here like it used to be 15+years ago!
