Little Italy Pizza, New Straitsville OH

Stopped by while camping after hearing great things. Food did not disappoint! Ordered enough for an army! Service was great, very helpful.

We ordered delivery.we got two philly cheese subs and an order of mushrooms.the subs had very little shredded meat on them.the cheese was melted into bun and practically invisible.the tomato slice and lettuce was ok.the mushrooms ok.but we paid 23.00 for that plus delivery charge of 4.00 and we live in shawnee 7 minutes at most awaY.the delivery guy was nice. I wanted to private mssg to owner but couldnt. I hope no one else gets such pitiful subs for high price.that's why I wrote a review. I wanted to order from there often but.cant afford that for shredded beef you can see through.pitiful.

The older lady who was working Sept. 30th, 2023 around 6pm.was rude.didn't wanna take mine & my husbands order. And then got rude towards us after we payed; saying she needed my service dog and I needed to wait outside.or show papers for her. I explained that theres no such thing as paperwork for service dogs.she rolled her eyes and told us to just go sit down somewhere if we wanted our food.

We waited over an hour.watched customers come and go, almost everyone complained.

Once we got our food, our breadsticks were legitimately hotdog buns.the potato skins were a bit burnt and we only got 3 of em.for $5. TGIF potato skins got more potatoes for around the same price.and more flavor.

The pizza was pretty good.

The customer service was awful, the older lady was belittling the two younger workers and saying everything was the younger kids faults.

It is the only place in town. They are understaffed on the weekends. Expect to be on hold and hung up on several times if you are ordering after 6 pm.
Try Road Dogs in Shawnee if you are in a hurry to get dinner. Larger pizzas, generous toppings, better price and they answer the phone.
The food is great, at Little Italy. The staff is very friendly. They are just very busy on the weekends.

Was very busy! We went when we were told the pizza would be ready and then they told us we had about another twenty minute wait. So we took a drive and came back. The owner thanked us for being patient. The food was worth the wait! So good, we had the Supreme Pizza and Cheesy Bread. Highly recommend!

We paid 32.00 for a pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni and It took over 2 1/2 hours to get our food. This is absolutely ridiculous! Called to check on our order 2 hours after ordering it.and all I got was I think it is out for delivery! Not sorry for the wait or anything! Very disappointed on the service with how I was dealt with on the phone about this issue! Our delivery driver was very nice and apologized.

I have never been in Little Italy to eat or order. One day during COVID-19 in 2020, I called to see if it was possible to use their ATM, No because no customer was allowed to be inside. At 1st she wanted Debit card number just to place an order. Don't give my Debit Card to no one. I know a few people who say their Subs Suck. Never enough on them. This was with Original Owner. Prices to High. Slow service. Have you ever heard of an Italian Restaurant that didn't have Beer and Wine on the Menu? The Original Owner also bought the Building across the street which housed A Bar and Apt. Upstairs. He bought that building at the time fearing that someone else would and Keep the Bar Open. Didn't want any Bar across from his Restaurant.

Food was great, they were super busy that night, but did everything they could to get us our food in a timely matter. Go for the spicy sauce.

2 1/2 hour wait for cold pizza. Delivery drivers forget half the order 70% of the time. Do yourself a favor and just head to Shawnee.

Nice place to grab pizza or pizza related things. Service was good and food was fairly quick picking up. Seems to be just like the one in Glouster.

Spent the day at Tecumseh Trails and finished it off w a large pep. We called it in and asked to pick it up at a specific time, to time it up w us heading home. It was right on time and delicious. The 2 ladies in the shop were really friendly.

Gone downhill since the business was sold to a new owner. I've been put on hold then hung up on, I made an order that was not fulfilled because it wasn't written down. They have become really stingy with toppings on the pizzas as well. Customer service is terrible now particularly in the evenings. Never apologizes only excuses.

Drive thru, a free tables inside and a few outside with umbras in a fenced in area. Good food. Pizza, wings, salad, sandwiches, appetizers. I highly suggest the thin crust, ranch sauce, bacon, pineapple and banana peppers.sometimes I add jalapenos and chicken too.

Food is always good here. The wait can be a little ridiculous at times but definitely worth it. I love the sweet sauce for the pizza's.
