6They have buyers on eBay that purchase items get a refund forced by eBay and then send back a different or damaged item. Beware.
I started using Little Owl in 2019 & had to take a break from our business for personal reasons. They were great back then & even better now. I recently returned & I am amazed at the improvements Frank made in every aspect of his company. Frank & his team has gone above & beyond helping me to succeed with my goals as a seller. He is honest & a man of his word. I will be with them as long as possible. If I have a question or run into any issue, Little Owl is more than willing to help me solve the problem quickly & efficiently.

I have been working with Little Owl for almost five years and can’t think of a better prep company. What most negative reviews fail to realize is that Little Owl should be treated as a business partner and not just some company who preps your inventory. You both will go through peak periods and slow times and you both should adjust accordingly. The idea here is to grow together. Little owl has given my business many opportunities and Frank’s desire to continue to improve this business is unmatched. I will continue to work with Frank/Little Owl as long as he accepts me as a client.
We worked with this prep center for about a year and a half. The owner of this center is Frank. In the beginning Frank's warehouse did it's job. But last half a year was a complete nightmare:
1) Lost boxes which were sent from his warehouse. After Frank told us that he will ask UPS about that - TOTAL ignoring our messages for weeks for such cases.
2) Total Unprofessionalism - if you need to prep your boxes and sent them it will take you months to do that, because each week Frank will just tell you that he needs more and more time and eventually won't do his job. Our goods are still in their warehouse and we understand that they will be just lost there so we lose the money because of them.
After many months of stress I gave up, and my business partner (who is the most patient person I know) tried to deal with Frank to send our cartons from his warehouse but finally even he gave up.
Look. We are all looking for a fast and helpful prep centers or warehouses with professionals to run our business as smooth as possible BUT this company will just give you a HUGE headache and you will lose the goods that you paid for.
