L.L. Bean, Cincinnati OH

LLBean closed my account due to the fact they sent me notice that they were bought out. I called last week to get a new card and they sent me a new card, I called to activate the card and they told me my account was closed due to lack of use. Why would they send me a new card and shut down my account. I was very upset that I had not received any correspondence about my account change so I talked to a supervisor who did not help me at all. He told me if I want I can reapply. So my credit gets dinged for them closing my account and a hard pull if I reapply. I am asking everyone who this has happened to please close your account and ban LLBean. They wou
ld not cooperate with the fact I never received any notification. There was lack of use due to the fact I did not need anything I was told that the client is always right. So I say again ban LLBean.

A smaller store but they have a decent variety of footwear and clothing. The sales associate was very helpful.

Great store and it is directly due to the helpful knowledgeable staff. We were promptly treated and offered assistance with our exchange (wrong size in a pair of pants) were recommended a different more flattering fit of pants based off of body type. They were out of stock and they offered free shipping to our home with the desired product.

Good product, untrained cashier, randomly stuff $400 clothing into a small bag and try to help shorten the check out line. Understand the busy work, but aren’t u trained to fold/pack cloth quickly and to treat your own product with respect?

Lots of LL Bean product. Almost too much.

Some of their displays of clothing didnt make sense; sovwhen I asked an associate their help wasn't the greatest.

Tons of parking but be aware of their location around the holidays. Plan accordingly.

I just love LL Bean products I visited the store while backing I had a great experience and I will visit again the cashiers were very friendly it's a pleasant Place and enjoyable place to shop

- big variety from casual, everyday to outdoor wear
- very friendly service on my visit (very helpful, relaxed, with no pushy sales tactics)

Bad:
- nothing bad to report on my visit

The manager was rude when I tried to take back a pair of slippers. He said they were in the process of changing their warranty which they officially changed a short time later. So no more stuff from them again.

So great to have an L. L. Bean store in town! Have yet to make a purchase at the Kenwood store, but have been able to find tall sizes at their Pittsburgh area store so I'll expect to be able to do the same here. Great clothing for active people!

Love the store. I'm a long time shopper of LL Bean. It is so nice to have a store in Kenwood! It has been open a week and a half and I've already been there 3 times. Good quality, nice store, friendly employees.

This comment is for LLBEAN Corporate. Why can't I buy WOMEN'S Cresta lined pants? Why only in men's? If my husband and are doing the same actvity, why can't I be properly outfitted?

Took an 20yr old LL Bean backpack I used in high school to their store today, and they gave me half off a new one for my son. Awesome staff and products!

Attempted to exchange several items and apologized for the amount to the associate right of the bay. I got the impression from him that I wasn't trustworthy even after providing all information requested. I felt so uncomfortable with the encounter that I left the store with my items. I will be returning the items via mail order instead. It's disappointing the a loyal LL Bean customer who has spent literately thousands of dollars with company is treated so poorly by this retail location.

Friendly & helpful employees! One fellow in particular, Patrick patiently helped me find the right fit with hiking boots for over an hour and half! He really listened to my concerns about fit and even conferred with coworkers to present the best choices for me. I ended up buying a pair of hiking boots, socks and trail shoes- no pressure at all from Patrick just really awesome service. What a great customer service experience from someone who went above and beyond.

Lots of backpacks ready for back to school. Great selection of clothing for the out doors. Staff friendly and helpful.

They do a great job of keeping a lot of stuff you can wear out and about and not just on a mountain retreat.

I will never, ever purchase anything from L. L Bean again due to the owner's Pro-Trump Super PAC.

They are serious about the lifetime guarantee! I love LL Bean. The employees at this site are super nice, the store is pleasant, and I'll be back.

Loving my new coat from here (Tervis cups)! Must explore more and get boots (in case winter comes).

So happy to finally have one of their retail stores in the area. It is a little small so they do not carry any children products or plus sizes, but they still have a great selection, as they packed a lot into the small space. The staff is always helpful and the satisfaction guarantee is unbeatable.
