I knew what flooring I wanted. I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly and ask how to help. He checked my math, just to be sure, which I appreciated, and made sure I had the correct underlay.
In the.meantime, his colleague was loading my truck. Everything was quick and easy. I will be back

Horrible experience all the way around with this place. We are so glad we didn’t go forward with them. Ridiculously expensive too with all of their add on fees. Reps here have 0 urgency and don’t care about your requests. Highly suggest going elsewhere for flooring!

Terrible! We bought flooring from them that has been discounted. They said it is as is and the only problem with the floor is a few scratches that we can easily sand and refinish. Boy, were they lying! The floor is totally unusable. The planks are different sizes that when you lay them down there are gaps in the flooring. They put a few of the good boxes up top so that we wouldn’t notice. By the time they were layed down and stapled when started to see the problem that they hid from us. We called them and they said they will only return the unused boxes! What about the ones that we cannot use that have been opened? Is it fair for us to lose money on something we cannot use? They LIED to us and they know they did but they don’t want to accept responsibility. Whatever they tell you, do not believe them. They are a typical, shady salesman. Never will we ever go back and all the people that I originally referred them to will get another referral from us.

Update: I emailed them back but it seems like they don’t want to help. They only responded to this review because they don’t want to look bad for potential buyers. I emailed them like they asked and they responded to my email but as soon as I asked for some sort of compensation they responds was they are out of the office. That’s BS, because I responded to their email within 5 mins of them sending it.

SUPER HELPFUL HIGHLY RECOMMEND. No gimmicks will give you the best deal and tell you what is and what is not going to be the best floor for your house. Tim was above and beyond friendly.

Always very helpful. Have redone every room in our house but one with their hardwoods. Have lived up to expectations. Only use their cleaners which do great on floors for years!

A group of blind and incompetent mice could run this place better than the crew they have here. Lumber liquidators has the worst customer service EVER and their contractors suggest you shop elsewhere. No commitments are ever kept and the place is a sham.

While the mob of 3 salesmen had there noses out they chased out those with medical mask exemptions and refused to allow them to shop inside.
