Workers were great. I went into the store and they helped me match my other flooring BUT, I asked them to schedule a time for their contractor to come out and give me an estimate. No one’s ever called. I’ve called twice and the contractor has yet to call me. I was super hopeful for these guys too. Ended up buying the flooring elsewhere and contacting a contractor myself to install.

If you want yesterday's products at today's pricing this is the place for you. If you want manufactured mostly overseas this is the place for you. If you want to buy from a company that expects damaged product to come in and will try to pass the buck to you, the customer first, this is the place for you.

We've done two different large area floors and received excellent advice and customer service. LL has excellent products in all price ranges to suit any budget.
