Helpful staff, product we were looking for was in stock, reasoble price and great quality.

I was happy that they were able to replace my Christmas gift order. I drove up from Akron & they had returned my order.

My first visit here. Also my last. They have some nice merchandise but non existent customer service. I regret having made a purchase.
In the future, I will go to Orvis where I am treated with respect.

Edit: I have been shopping here two years and have to update. While other stores have become a hot mess, this store is still clean, organized, and staffed. The staff knows how to match customers into the right item to meet their need and they take the time to do it, not act like they're too busy. I give props to this staff. Thank you. It has not been an easy two years in retail. Everyone in this store is helpful and friendly. I still love shopping here.

This store’s location is unbelievably beautiful. The store was clean and the employees were super friendly. One lady saw me wondering clueless through the mens section and she stopped and gave me a ton of useful information about the store and it’s merchandise. Great experience!

Don't get the LL Bean Mastercard. I paid my charge off in full. Because of the mail the payment was late. - I have my bank send the payments. They would not waive the late charges and told me I should take it up with the post office. That's lousy customer service.

Always love a trip to LLBean! Bought some pants online and, unfortunately, they were too big. Thankfully, the closest store to me (which is an hour away) had a pair of hiking pants (and a changing room to try them on) that were on sale and my size. I'm a tiny adult and it's sometimes difficult for me to find pants that aren't baggy. Before today the only LLBean store I have been in is the one in Maine. I absolutely love going to that location and seeing everything in the mall-sized store. It's easy to spend an entire day there. Being in this Ohio location brought back the feeling of Maine! They have the best blueberry jam and chocolate covered blueberries! Also, bought some s-biners, cause my husband hasn't been able to find them anywhere else. Worth the trip!

It was meh. I went to purchase 4 pair of pants that were advertised online for $12.99 reg. $49.00 only to be told the tag numbers that are online have to match what's in the store. The tags didn't match so I wasn't able to get the pants. So needless to say I'm a unhappy could have been customer. No one even considered making an exception.

**Someone from LL Bean contacted me about my experience at the LL Bean store and shared the same info the clerk shared previously, with no consideration for fact the jean in question is no longer available in the color advertised and that the tags must match. Seems like the bait and switch move.
We're not amused or potential customers any longer.

Also, the bike guys and the snowboard boot salesmen were really helpful.

Gave a 10% teachers' discount! Great service and the store is very nice. Expensive, yes, but you do have to pay for L. L. Bean's quality. Will shop here again. Wish the stores carried some extended sizes but other than that no complaints. Nice to just look around and get ideas for outdoor fun.

The store is clean and there is a lot of sales people. We were taken care of as soon as we got to the shoe department. My wife exchanged a pair of boots and I found boot lace there that I been ordering on line.

A little on the expensive side but worth it.

Great service! Anita went above and beyond to facilitate an exchange that involved applying a a sale price on a recently purchased jacket, saving me A LOT of time and hassle. Give her a raise! Yay LLBean.

What good is a life time warranty on a product if it can be considered “normal wear”? The point of purchasing a product is to wear it. They make quality items but if they cannot stand by their warranty they have lost a customer. I will be shopping elsewhere.
