I highly recommend this towing service Klayton was so amazing he came right away & educated me on exactly what was wrong with my car he gave me advice on what to do & handled the problem right there on site! I I know I’m in good hands with this company! I’m so grateful!

I’ve used Lloyd’s a few times and every time has been a wonderful experience. Obviously if you are in a position to need a tow, you probably aren’t having the best day. Every employee I’ve encountered in the few times I’ve used their services have been so kind and nice it just leaves such a good impression. They go above and beyond for their customers. One of the times I used their services I needed to ride with the driver once they picked up my vehicle but I was a mile or so away from where my vehicle was at. I asked the dispatcher to give me a call about 30 minutes before the tow truck was going to arrive so I could walk to where my car was and instead she had the tow truck come pick me up so I didn’t have to walk to meet them. I will continue to use this company anytime I need assistance. Their professionalism, kindness, and personable and caring nature is refreshing.

Mike did an amazing job for us today. Broke down on Father’s Day in a classic car and he picked us up within 15 minutes! Took the best care of the car making sure it was safe and protected and secure. Use blankets to cushion any possible issues! Couldn’t have asked for better help! And the best looking and absolute CLEANEST tow truck in be ever seen! Thanks Mike and thanks Lloyd’s Towing!

Called for a tow through AAA. I was out in the middle of nowhere but the driver found me and towed my car about 30 miles to my usual repair shop. He even had a wood block I used for a step to get into the truck. Very nice man and so helpful.

I contacted my Honda Roadside Assistance and they dispatched out Lloyd's Towing & Service. I could not have had a better experience with them! Shannon was the gentleman that came out to assist me with the flat tire I had and he was a gem. He was kind, friendly and very professional. We chatted the whole time he worked and he made this situation very pleasant. I can only hope that if I need assistance again, I am fortunate to have him on the call! Thank you Shannon and Lloyds - I have been singing your praise to all my co-workers and spreading the word on what great service you provide!

Shannon with Lloyd's towing towed our broken down vehicle and helped us understand the extent of the damage which our vehicle had. He was very helpful and professional.

Shannon, came within a half hour of my call for service. He was so polite & friendly. He changed my tire quickly & efficiently. He noticed that my spare was low & put air in it for me. Excellent service. I was very pleased.

Lloyds towing has always been extremely nice and easy to deal with.
I recently had an experience, helping a friend who needed to tow… Certain people involved were not happy with the fact that the tow was taking so long and called the office and were extremely rude to the person on the phone. However, she could not have handled it more professionally or more kindly And my apologies go out to her and the tow truck driver.
Everybody knows about short staffing. Everybody knows about people trying to keep Health and Lloyds goes out of their way to help in anyway they can as quickly
as they can.
Wham all was said and done my friend’s trick was towed to the repair shop and could not have been handled more professionally or more kindly and my sincere apologies for anything that may have been said by others to them while they were waiting for this tow.
I would never call anyone else, but Lauren’s telling!
