Came and rekeyed my car in my driveway including remote starts within a couple hours of me calling.

Requested a quote to rekey a 2007 Kia Rondo he quoted me $350!

but I saw in one review he replaced 2 keys with remotes for $120

Be aware this guy is a scammer. My husband and I had him come out and change locks on a house we purchased. He showed up changed a couple.of locks and took over 300 dollars of our money. Never came came back to finish the job. He didn't finish the job. Whrn you call it goes straight to voice mail. My husband went to his store and he wasn't there. A guy told my husband he only works out of his truck now an and could be in California now. We are thinking of calling News Net Five in Cleveland to get our money back.

If I could give zero stars I would! We paid over $500 for specialty keyed padlocks ans have never received them! We have called and texted and have never received a call back. Beware!

Guy is a total flake, he said job would be 250$ and we setup an appointment for the next day, and he never showed up after trying to setup multiple appointments and him canceling he finally shows up to my house at 9: 30 pm on a Sunday (he said he would be there at 3pm) doesn’t even fix the issue says he has to come back the next day and the job is now going to be 400-450$ and he needs payed now, comes back the next day hours and hours after he says, fixes the issue but replaces 0 parts, days later my key stops working, and I text and call to no avail, ABSOLUTE SCAMMER

Met with him to get a keyfob for a car-key that we had lost, he said he would be able to do it and made an appt. We waited for about 30 minutes then texted him, said he was running late. After an hour and a half we gave up hope. He never showed up or got back to us. Wish I would have read reviews.

Be very wary. This guy (Michael Teagle) accepted a deposit payment from us and then never completed the work.
Reading reviews more thoroughly now, Michael seems to do best with quick, small jobs. We needed work done on 13 doors at our facility.
After accepting our job and taking our money he never prioritized us - would come after 1: 30pm and would have to leave by 2: 30 to pick kids up at school. He would shake with nervousness over worry about leaving in time. I always asked him to come 1st thing in the morning. He said he would, but then no-show. When I'd call/text he would tell me that he'd be right over as soon as he finished an emergency call.
This went on for over a month and he had left us 1/2-baked. 2 locksets were the wrong style, one "new" handle was falling off the door.
I asked for some of our money back, but he ignored all communications. After 2 months I finally found him in-person outside his store and he was rather rude and stressed. He asked me to come back the next day to discuss, but then cancelled via text and it's been another month of him ignoring my communications.

My son needed a chip key made for his
car. I called kind of late on a Saturday I expected to leave a message but he answered. Michael came to our house the next day on a Sunday afternoon. It was all so fast. He had the key made and programmed in less than 10 minutes. He definitely knew what he was doing. I recommend Lock Doctors 100%
