I'm so grateful to and pleased with Locksmith. Iris, Sean & Kristin went out of their way to schedule me in (I needed haircut & color for a last-minute work event). Iris couldn't have been nicer, did a great job and I will continue to go back to her.

The only place I’ve found that actually gets me what I want. I’ve tried forever to find a hair salon that would be cheaper, but that’s not always better. Yes, they’re expensive, but it’s worth it. I’ve been coming here for years now. I’ve only been a few times in those years because I don’t get my hair done often. It’s always a treat and pleasure when I do though. I highly recommend.

I applied for a job with this business, and I received an email notification late on a Friday night at 11pm "please call to schedule an interview. " I called the next morning and they said it's too late, the position was filled. That really upset me. I did speak with the owner later and she did sincerely apologize for any confusion this has caused - which is why I'm giving this review two stars instead of one. (The notification was sent via Indeed message on the Wednesday before. Indeed is supposed to be linked to my email, but there was a delay until Friday night.) - Okay, if you invite someone to interview; they should be properly notified via phone or email, and they should be given a fair chance to respond. I am glad that they apologized; that did make me feel a little bit better, but I'm still unhappy about it. I can say that I've applied to many jobs in my life - most of them just call me, sometimes they email me directly.this is the first time I've ever had someone "Indeed message" me. That's not a good way to communicate.
