So they left a message that I need to reschedule.so I call for days and leave messages.nobody returned my call. So this morning someone finally answers and tries to reschedule my cleaning for late April.my original appointment was today. That's not dental care period. I'm leaving and finding a new dentist.they messed up the same filling twice and were rude to me about having to do it right. Don't waste your time learning the hard way with Locust Dental.

Terrible customer service. I've been going to locust since I've been a little girl and since then they have changed since then. I had a schedule appointment with them and had to wait three months to be seen then I had a call from them stating they don't have a hygienist so they have to cancel my appointment, so I waited and call them a month after the cancellation and ask did they have a hygienist yet they said yes and I made that appointment. And I call them close to the appointment date to confirm my appointment only to find out my appointment was not made the the lady said your not in the system can I take your number and have someone call you back. I haven't gotten a call back or a apology for the inconvenience. So I will not be going there again,

Love this place, brought my daughter here to save her teeth and the staff/dentist here at Locust Dental Group are amazing. From the front desk staff to the assistants, and the Man (Dentist) himself.wonderful group of people. Respectful, honest, friendly and all in great place to get your teeth done locally. Would and will recommend this place to others. Thank you again Locust Dental Group for everything.keep up the great work

Canceled our basic cleaning apps saying they don't have a dental hygienist; so we're going someplace else. AND calling the BBB on this place. Unbelievable. How can you keep operations with no hygienist?

Dr Lam was professional and gentle, however the hygienist administered entirely too much numbing medication during my deep cleaning. I asked him why are you giving me so much and he said I have to get it really numb for the cleaning. My gum and chin are still numb from April. It is now July. I also now have jaw TMJ and have to see an ENT doctor. Needless to say I canceled the other four appointments I had scheduled.

They cancelled my appointment 3 times and never asked me to reschedule. They claim they don't have a dental hygienist.

I cannot express how fantastic Dr. Rosenthal is! I am a very nervous patient to begin with, he is so fantastic and encouraging! 6 crowns later my smile is better than it has ever been. So thankful to him and his team. They are personable and just a great group of people. Highly recommend!

I had an appt to get a cleaning g and a filling. They called me days before my appointment and told me they don't have anyone to do the cleaning. They told me to call back in a week. I'll be finding another dentist period!

Ive had to make a appointment twice and each time they tell me im not eligable for assistance ive made 3 visits to this place just to get an xray to even see whats wrong and i have to go back again still not knowing whats wrong this place is a joke imagine a dentist thats in a welfare building being the hardest dentist to get into cause your medicaid is active but still not able to cover anything

The people are extremely nice, however they never run on time. Doesn’t matter what time of day, it seems like they are always running and hour behind schedule, yet it takes months to get an appointment

I went in to get three cavities filled.one is at the front of my mouth and it goes from one color, to a complete different color.the second one is also at the front of my mouth and it is very rough, not smooth at all.it FELL OUT! And the third, well i can feel underneath it.the doctor was very nice but the dental assistant that filled them messed up my whole mouth.they didn’t numb my mouth all the way so i felt every thing they did.the dental assistant told me that i was “freaking myself out. ” i will never be going back there and you shouldn’t either.

Went in to have a wisdom tooth extracted…it was not easy to dislodge but Dr. Lam and Jelena made me feel so comfortable and took amazing care of me the whole time! 24 hours post extraction I had zero pain and swelling…honestly can’t wait to go back in for my next extraction! Best dental experience I have ever had.

If I could I would give zero stars I would. I got 3 cavities filled on January 26,2023. I can't chew on that side of mouth anymore, anything hot or cold touches the 3 teeth it hurts. They drilled so much on one of teeth that it split in half and they filled it anyway and let me leave like that not letting me know they butchered my mouth. Over all experience was horrible and I recommend you to go somewhere else for your dental services.

The absolute best dentist I've been to. Staff is very nice and friendly. Dentist Dennis Lam is amazing, caring, and very professional. Couldn't ask for a better dentist!
