I am a Tenant that just completed 1 year of stay with this property. I must say my experience so far is very pleasant. Everyone in the Office are very friendly and eager to helo as soon as possible with any issues with billing and maintenance. I like the fact that this property has 24 hours security patrol with makes me feel safer. To me it is so far the best property close to downtown at a reasonable price with lots of aminities. I am very satisfied and will like to continue to be a part of this great residence.

The Lofts at Norton Crossing is a great, professional, responsive, clean, and safe apartment property to live at. The manager and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. With the well-decorated and beautiful Clubhouse (computers, exercise room, billiards/pool table, etcetera), the public Park, and the Old Bag of Nails Restaurant on the property site, they add more value to what is already an outstanding place to live! The apartment community makes Whitehall, Ohio look better.

I’ve been here for about a year and a half. Maintenance team is great! Keith is wonderful and so nice. Best maintenance I’ve ever dealt with. He does actually take the time to explain things and answer any questions. I never knew I had to clean the dishwasher, disposal and washer. Now I do! He’s also shown me how to unclog the tub drain. Now, I don’t have to bother them to unclog it. I can simply do it myself. Most definitely appreciate Keith! Thank you, kind sir! The office staff is great as well. Very nice and welcoming! They will answer any questions you have and even are nice enough to print stuff for you if the complimentary printer in the lobby is down. They always do fun little events like a pool party in the summer, numerous contests and recently had a gift wrapping event, where you could bring your gifts to wrap them. They had a nice hot cocoa bar for the event and yummy food. The office managers daughter makes a mean fruit pizza. So delicious! The office manager is Lori and she just recently came to the property. She’s a peach. As well as LaTonya and Shyra. Thank you all so much! Also if this helps, I can’t hear my neighbors either when in my apartment. It’s quiet around the property and no ruckus goes on.

The Lofts at Norton Crossing is a great place to live. Not only is it a convenient location to everything you need the property is well kept and the units are great. Not to mention the staff! All of the office staff are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance completes your maintenance request in less than 23-hours. I have never lived somewhere where this has happened, I highly recommend checking them out of you are looking for a new home!

Once you leave they don’t take care of you like a former resident. Completely messed up that they had to call the debt collector on me for their own fault. They double charged me for my last water bill after I called them about it and they said they would update the bill. Never got the new bill and so I couldn’t pay them yet? They didn’t even try to contact me about the double charge and would have just let that slide if i didnt ask about the charges. I moved out a little over a month ago so it should never have been an issue if they had taken care of the bill in the first place, but they can’t contact me about it? Either way never received the new bill in any form, mail call contact w.e. They just sent me straight to the debt collector now its on my record and credit beaureau. Its so wrong for them to do that. They will do you dirty and not help you after you move out. They also charged me $250 for a microwave replacement that was perfectly fine, they completely messed it up prior to sending me a picture 1 month later.l after I asked for the proof 4 times, and they would say they will send it in 10 mins, or later in the day. But didn’t get it after i called plenty of times and sent it to me a day later after that. So yeah a month. The pictures had paint from the maintenance people telling me I damaged the microwave cover? But there is literally paint on the microwave and finger prints from the worker because I clearly wiped it clean before leaving and did not have any paint on hand that matched their walls exactly? I tried to email them and they just said cased closed and did not answer me again. Great stay but awful leaving here. Its not worth the hassle once you leave

Great property - bad management

We were double charged for water / sewer upon move out. Had been in contact with management to remove double charge and was told they would be in contact once it has been handled and correctly billed via email / phone call. Instead we received no follow up other than from a surprise debt collector trying to collect on the false charges. No follow up and they will send you to debt collection after just 2 weeks of miscommunication due to poor management. What kind of business operates like this? Need new management asap!

Parking sucks. I always have to park in front of other buildings but the one I live in. Not enough parking. Pay very high rent and can't even park in front of my building.

Shout out to the maintenance crew for their all-around amazing service! Makes living here even better!
Our washer/dryer was a lemon and they got us a brand new set in record time, and when the new dryer came damaged they came right back to make it right. Great communicators, and very nice helpful people. Nice to know that if something goes wrong, their friendly and kind crew will fix it. And FAST. 5 stars would recommend.

Also, shoutout to the office staff for always being so kind and welcoming every time I pick up a package!
Top notch people.
