I called around to get some estimates from 4 different companies and Logan won me over by their professionalism from the start. While I'm personally not overly concerned with covid, it was nice to hear how dedicated they were to make sure those that are concerned felt safe. Ryan from Logan was the 1st of the 4 estimates I had scheduled but his presentation on their product and install process assured me that I didn't have to look any further. Chad and Jeff, the install team were on time, worked well together and had everything up and running by 5pm. Thanks Logan

Craig Massey was an excellent service technician, helped with heating issues, and taught me how to better maintain my heating and cooling system.

We had an air conditioner and air handler installed today, 3/11/21. The team we worked with were very professional in work, with the corona virus concerns and overall. From Zane, our sales rep, to Nick and the instalation team, everyone wore masks, gloves and shoe coverings. Each member, and I apologize for not remembering everyone's name, but each member was friendly, courteous and professional from work start through finish and clean up.
The system seems to be running great. This review is only for the team that worked with us though. I'll update later on the system if needed.

Logan replaced my entire HVAC system and the process was fast and stress free. My comfort consultant, Matt, determined exactly what
equipment fit my needs and provided an instant quote with price breakouts for the options. I wanted it to be efficient and quiet. The Trane system I got is wonderful-and definitely quiet.
The installation team, led by Jared Cloyd, was friendly, efficient, and professional beyond my expectations. I had some concerns based on problems left by the last installer (17 years ago) but they put me at ease right away. It was clear they knew what they were doing, and they were doing it all the right way. They explained how everything worked and made sure I could operate the controller and change the filter. And then a thorough cleanup so it looks like no one was there. Overall, I am a very happy Logan customer.

Thanks to Jared & George for being very professional and knowledgeable about my installation. Also thanks to Mike for preparing me for the job.
They were timely and left my home inside and out spotless.

This was the most professional, timely and thorough purchase and installation experience I’ve ever experienced. Logan made it easy to select them from all other hvac companies I dealt with, and the installation crew was outstanding. I highly recommended this company to anyone who has hvac needs. I would highly recommend this company! Field technician DeAndre Sellon was friendly and professional and was honest about pricing and gave me all my options. When I decided to install my new AC unit, Travis Ritchie did a great job. He kept my house clean by laying down blankets, explained everything that he was going to do and finished the installation quickly and efficiently. Would recommend without hesitation

All associates we dealt with were professional and friendly and answered all our questions. The installers cleaned up our house very well. Sales rep was Aaron Faughn. The installers were Gordon and Cameron Rucker.

I really like the services that Shane Kennard, Anthony Szwarc and their team members provided on installing Heating & A/C systems for us. They were on time, all units were complete and professionally installed, before they left, they cleaned up working areas. They were very polite and efficient! Thank you all for a great job!

We are very happy with the customer service and installation of our new furnace and air conditioning. Bobby Frye and Obie were very nice and efficient on the installation. Only took two days for transfer our furnace from oil to gas! Very happy customers!

My air conditioning went out at a very bad time when it was 96 outside. Logan put in my daughter’s unit and did a professional job. I called for an estimate and they fit me in. I ended up having to get a furnace as well. All complete and professionally installed. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and efficient. I love my new unit.

Nothing but great things! Eric helped us pick out the equipment that worked for our needs and was wonderful and patient while we worked through financing. Travis and Ryan were both exceptional during install. They were both extremely professional, polite, and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently, I couldn’t be more pleased! The installers showed up on time and they completed the job in less time than expected. They did a great job and were very courteous. I am happy with the experience I had with Logan.

I had Logan services install a new A/C unit on 7/25/18. Garrett Webb was the tech who did the installation. He arrived on time as promised, Garrett was very polite and professional. Took him about 4hrs to do the installation. After he was done, Garrett explained everything about my new A/C unit. So happy with the Train Air conditioner, it is so quiet can't hardly here it run. GREAT JOB Garrett Webb.

I received 5 quotes before deciding on Logan Services for my new furnace and ac units. They were the most professional, best priced, and had the highest quality equipment of any of the companies I talked with. My units were installed by Daniel Cheek and Chris Hussong, both were very professional and did an outstanding job with the install. I’m very happy I went with Logan Services!
