Long John Silver's

I’ve been there many many times the services been really good and they try to help you out if you want something little different on the menu just wish I had one in Urbana Ohio but the one on lime stone is great

Customer service is horrible! The lady at the window was super rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing her! Maybe this establishment needs to train their employees better. Will not be coming back!

Lady at casher window was rudeand short, she never once said hello or even goodbye. She only said my total and that was it. Unsure if she understands that Customers pay her, management should probably inform her.

I am highly disappointed with the service that I received from Long John Silver’s on South lime stone in Springfield Ohio the food was dry it was cold and it was nothing but trash they re-dipped it in Greece it was like burnt it was more like jerky than it was chicken I was absolutely disappointed I’ve never ate at Long John and experience that type of service. They had the food sitting in the hot trays for hour before serving it to me! When I got home the cup of vinegar was spilled out into my bag the box was soaked. I tried to call them multiple times and I never got them to answer the phone it kept going to a recording saying that they were extremely busy and couldn’t take my call to try back later and Long John Silver’s on South lime stone is never that busy I give them actually a zero star rating but I had to put a one star on there but I am very very disappointed I will be calling corporate

This restaurant offers awesome service as well as yummy menu. One of my favourite restaurants around here. The drinks and food served quick and the rates are affordable. Recommended.

This place on South limestone in Springfield Ohio is horrible the staff is awful they are rude this was the worst experience of my life at any restaurant wasted my time and money will never go back the one on North limestone street is so much better wish I would have went there the staff the is friendly and nice my family's experience tonight was horrible don't go to the one on South limestone street it is a waste of time and money Iwe are so disappointed

I procreate the sever I got today I like hot food and nice people too served my family when I eat out.

Not a good experience. Pretty sure when I sent my food back for being wrong the put a ton of salt on the burger out of spite.

Horrible experience. The food had a foul taste and the sides came in containers the size of shot glasses. Smh. I was so disappointed.

Food was great, haven't been here in a long time. Have to say that Amy who took our orders, was really nice and went out of her way to check on everyone in the front of the restaurant more than once. She was working hard!

Deeeeelicious! The chicken was fresh and crunchy. The french fries were hot, and the green beens were just right! Service was fast & friendly.

Makes me long for the Long John's of the 80's when the fish was big and the best in town. That thin dried up stuff I got last time reminded me why it's been years since I've eaten here.

The employees at Long John Silvers on Limestone ALWAYS make sure they are serving fresh and hot meals cooked tonorder. Im always complrtely satisfied and appreciate the coupons too!

This Long John Silver's is combined with an A & W Root Beer. Long John Silver's traditionally offers mainly deep fat fried fish and chicken, although they are probably trying to offer healthier choices now. The A & W part of the restaurant offers burgers, hot dogs, and, best of all, the terrifically good A & W root beer. The root beer floats at this chain are the best. The staff here are generally very friendly (but may not be the fastest). This restaurant, at the southern end of Springfield, Ohio, is close to Interstate 70, several gas stations, other fast food restaurants, as well as a very small Kroger's grocery store.

Wish I'd gotten the woman's name that helped us, she was wonderful! Almost like eating at a restaurant.

Customer service was good. Food was a little more greasy than usual and has an old taste to it. Not fresh

Food was cold. I asked for extra piece of fish, didn't get it. And when I paid one girl had a attitude and handed the money off to another worker.
