Long John Silver's

They were supposed to open up at 10.30 we waited outside along with other customers til 11.05 they never came to door gave no explanation of why they wasn't opening just left us all standing outside

This place is awesome! The food was so hot we had to let it cool down before we could eat it! The staff were very friendly and helpful! And the food was tasty! I ordered the fish and shrimp combo meal and I got two sides with it so I ordered hush puppies but I didn't know there would be 6 hush puppies to each side so I got 12 hush puppies! I couldn't eat all them! And my friends all agree with my review!

I have not had long John's in a while but I will be going back soon the fish and chicken was fresh and hot, oh I buy the chicken for my dog Chewy. So go and enjoy

Very impressive seeing that the management sees fit to work with 3 employees only. Theses 3 employees should be rewarded for their service, showing up and their friendly attitude towards their customers.

We got to restaurant 10 minutes before the restaurant was scheduled to open. The restaurant was 10 minutes late opening. Doors were locked at 11: 00 am and 11: 07. At 11: 08 am A male employee was going back to the trash compartment so we inquired when they would open and unlock the doors. He told us give us 10 minutes to unlock the door. 9 minutes later another customer walked up and opened the door and we requested to be first to be able to order as we were headed to see the prist about my mother in law's funeral tomorrow and were on a very tight schedule. The customer was absolutely rude. A tall female employee scolded my husband that he should have opened the door, the other customer opened with door. Don't bother with this restaurant employees are rude and the restaurant blames its customers. It's not our fault that we expect them to be open at published time?

Long John Silver's is one of my favorite fast food joints. I was in this area and had plenty of options all weekend with my co-workers. First day. Went to Cracker barrel for early breakfast (excellent) and Long Johns for late lunch. They may have been short staffed but that doesn't excuse the customer service. Out of the five of us only two of us got something to eat. They said the food wasn't bad but our main topic was the customer service and the lack thereof. Went into 6 other establishments and all the employees were great even though there food isn't as good as Long John's

Best the food has tasted in a long time today. Cashier said they were short handed, but the cook was killing it getting orders out at a record pace. Bravo to the team members who showed up to crush it today.

The fish was awful will not eat there again. The bathroom was dirty the floors are greasy almost fell because the floors are greasy throw the hole place.

Grabbed 6 piece fish for dinner. Drove all the way home, opened the box, and 3 of the pieces were stuck together and had raw batter. The middle piece was raw fish. I tried to send email to complain, but got no response. Will not go there again.

Now, this place is dirty, unclean and run down. There's a sign saying, Hiring for $10.00 an hour.hahahaha no one will work for that! This place has numerous potential health code violations and should be shut down.

Long John Silver's is my absolute favorite fast food chain. So mainly, what I ask from a Long John Silver's is that they live up to the restaurant's traditional quality. This one earns top marks for making the fish crispy without being too greasy. This is a TRUE Long John Silver's so you get that classic LJS flavor here that you'll never get at one of those KFC hybrid stores. I have some complaints though: one, it is short staffed two, no drive through and three, they forgot my "crispies" (LJS sometimes gives you a little extra batter bits).

I am so disappointed this is the only local location near me! Customer service is absolutely horrible! Horrible every single time I go! The food is great but it takes forever to receive;. Such a shame! Wish there were more locations open

They deserve 5 stars. There was only two people working and they were slamming out decent quality food at a pretty quick rate. When I walkied in there was 20 plus people in there ordering food and i only had to wait 3 minutes. Good job

I love long John's but This place is disgusting the floors the walls the bathrooms the food all of it should be shut down on health code violations

Employees were very busy with their cell phones. Makes it kind of hard to pay attention to customers. Food was good, seems they use a lot less salt. And SURPRISE! PRICES ARE HIGH, PORTIONS SMALLER. I will return.

Took my mom for lunch I will never go back again. The fish portions felt smaller and were very greasy. The cole slaw had a weird taste. And the cleanliness of the restaurant was terrible. I almost slipped on the greasy floor, you felt like you were sticking to the seat and tables. Never again

The workers were very polite short handed n working with a place that is a mess none working. N should be shut down n updated BIGTIME I will not go back tho I love the food.

This place is Filthy, the floor looks and feels like it hasn't been mopped in months. Waited 20 minutes for my order, there was only one person in line ahead of me. Also out of diet soda. I felt sorry for the people that came in behind me, can only imagine how long they waited.

Under staffed and over whelmed. Hard workers that need more team members to be successful. Everytime I try to get food from Long John Silver's on my 30 minute lunch break, I must always leave empty handed due to the slow service. This time I ordered online 15 minutes before my 30 minute lunch. Success! They worked very hard to get my order to me. The team members were stressed and struggling to keep up with demand but always stayed kind and professional. My order was hot and correct. Very tasty also. Add a couple more team members and this place could be 5 star. The manager/crew leader handled her tough task well.
