Long John Silver's

I waited to order for about 10 minutes. When an employee finally responded he said "pull up to the window I can't hear you" I pulled up and was greater but an employee. I placed the 1st order when placing the 2nd order I had questions because I'd never been to long John's before. He was very short with me. I paid and sat at the window for 15 more minutes. They opened the window handed my my sisters order and told me to pull around and park because they needed more time. I pulled around and parked for another 20 minutes. In that time my sister checked her food and found that it was all hard cold and soiled with oil. I pulled back round to see the same man who took my order coughing into his hands. He opened the window apologize for the wait then said I'd still have to wait my food wasn't ready. My sister told them her food was cold the replaced it with cold food. I wanted my money back but didn't want to wait another 45 minutes. That was my 1st and last time ever going there.

Don’t eat there today on 9/27/23. Both the chicken and fish are stale and look and taste like they’ve been recooked several times or 10 days old. Just awful food.

Great food for people and even better people! As a GrubHub driver I interact with many restaurants and their representatives (employees) and this place's customer service I towards the top of the list. The closing staff tonight (8/23) was by far the best!

It's fine when I go in there and they are nice and my food is hot and fresh. However when I try to place an order over the phone they never pick up and send you to a fax machine. I have been trying for over an half hour trying to call them a place an order and first fax then busy signal. This is part of the reason I don't order from them often, it should be easier especially when I work from home and would to to order out every now and then. It's not acceptable.

I have already sent a blistering review to them on the website. This food was old stale dry and LONG past it's hold time. The people were horrendous, the food was an abomination. I feel like I'll be heading down the road to the hospital to have my stomach pumped after this.

We got food to go yesterday. It was horrible! My hands and lips were so greasy. You could actually squeeze the grease out of it. And that was fish, chicken, and the hush puppies. And omg the coleslaw wich was actually good was maybe two teaspoons in a tiny clear plastic thing. Now we used to eat from there probably once a month. Never had food that bad from there. But never again! Horrible food for the prices you pay these days. Absolutely ridiculous!

Dear LJS, Your restaurant on Raff Road and Tusc.in Canton, Ohio needs more work! If the Franchise Holding Company doesn't intercede they would be better off closing the doors and bull dozing the building. The food has become HORRIBLE, the sizes of Chicken and Fish have seriously shrunk in size and the price has went up and its way off on the chart. The French Fries are always cold and nasty, the curb in the drive thru has ruined many tires and rims. LJS FIX IT OR SHUT OFF THE LIGHTS, CLOSE THE DOORS AND CALL IN THE DOZER.

If I could give 0 stars I would, don't bother going here, waited in line for 20 minutes in the drive through and ordered a number six meal, then told to wait a minute, which we did, then had someone else take our order again who then told us to just come inside to order while we were stuck in the line. We waited for that long to be told to go inside and order a THIRD time. And while we were pulling up the workers gave us dirty looks when we didn't even have a harsh tone, we just repeated the order twice and said okay when told to wait. Needless to say we didn't go inside. 0/10 don't go here, it's gone downhill.

Walked in and should of walked right back out! Ordered 2 platters and 2 drinks it was horrible. The lobby was filthy tables and chairs had who knows what on them had to take a chair from a different table to have 2 clean one’s we could use. Food came out and there was literally 15 fry’s my fish and chicken were chewy my daughter said the same for her fish her shrimp was ok. Well we tried to eat we were entertained by a story about one of the worker trying to stab someone. Went to her tartar sauce and it looked like it had been sitting in it’s tub for a while but luckily there wasn’t enough for the pump to work so saved by that. So I ate half a piece of chicken and a piece of fish the rest went in the trash my daughter ate her shrimp and one bite of fish and looked at me I knew what she was thinking. In all 35 dollars wasted now comes the wait to see if that makes us sick. I will never go back there again you should be ashamed to serve that trash

Katie, Laura, Milal, Mark, and Doni is a great crew they work nice, great and fast. We had great customer service, great food, and we will be back!

We got takeout to the drive-thru seems like half our food was fresh half our food was old nothing was really hot

Well they remodel the store, but did not replace the drive thru menu board. Or fix the very narrow drive thru itself. Also, place out order and specifically asked for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce and end up with ketchup and some sort of very hot sauce. Then get no green beans but end up with a large container of some sort of boring rice stuff. Plus drive thru person got offended when we asked if we got tartar and cocktail sauce. Yeah, service hasn't gotten any better.

The service was very GOOD however I don't no what was going on that day the food was a 1 they tried to fix it but to no AVAIL but I will PATRONIZE the establishment AGAIN because I have enjoyed the food Pryor to this visit so get back on TRACK LJS

When I usually go here every thing is fresh but this time I went I order 3 orders of coconut shrimp and a number 5. And I had to wait 20 minutes to get it. I get home and the shrimp is fresh but got to old cold pieces of fish! The fish is the reason I went and wasted my time! Now I’m calling so they can make it right but of course no one is answering the phone.

Food was delicious but I do wish they never added a drive-thru. I felt that the experience dining in was best when I was a kid
