Long John Silver's A&W

Waited in drive thru for 5 min for a online order and no responce. Went to park to go inside and the woman said no for inside. Come to find out she was outside smoking instead of helping customers. That's horrible customer service

The food was nasty it was dry and old and cold. The toothless girl up front attitude out of this world act like I did something wrong and I was extremely polite.

I went threw the drive thru and the light skin worker with no teeth was nodding out high off of drugs at the window I had to say something to get her to take my money three times then the change she gave me was short horrible service I asked to speak with the Manger and she said she was the manager what a mess

Ordered a meal and a milkshake online, but they had no ice cream and couldn’t give me my milkshake. They would not refund my money, and said I had to contact DoorDash but I placed my order through long John silvers. The lady was very rude to me, and I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. She made me feel stupid. She didn’t even offer to give me a replacement for my 4.09 I spent on the milkshake.

Went to the adjoining A And W for a cheeseburger. It was really good. Will diffenately being going back. Have a Monday special cheeseburgers are. 99 cents. Go try one! You won't be disappointed.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. We ordered online and when we arrived they said they didn’t receive an order even though we were charged. We showed the email and they said they didn’t have it and that was it. $35 down the drain.

Food was fresh, service was quick and friendly. Treated me and my family like royalty. Highly recommend this location. I had a completely different experience at northern lights location

We've had bad experiences here before, but this was probably the worst. Lunch time and only 1 other car in line, so it's not busy. Order a bacon cheese burger.no bacon. Order a float.no ice cream. Get a drink.no straws.

We also pulled around and waited a solid 10 minutes for our food. I went in to ask for a straw and found out they were out. There were 2 maybe 3 employees. It's clearly an issue with not having the people to run it.

Of love Long John Silver since I was a kid but they have priced me out I don't see myself paying $10 for two pieces of fish so I definitely won't be back

I really appreciated being told it would take over an hour for 2 dozen of their hushpuppies. The attitude of these people is astounding but I guess that's what you get when you go to a place that isn't interested in customer service.

Ordered fish at the drive-through got home had chicken couldn't get anyone to answer pick up After calling 3 times. I won't be going back 3rd time this has happened.

Always good service, had a couple order hiccups but they bent over backwards to make it right. Remade our entire order.

Update March 2023: Something changed. Place is never open and orders get messed up on mobile all the time.

A waist of time. I ordered my food and 15 minutes later they haven't even thought about my order, and the place was not at all busy. They need someone in this place to take order. Sad.

2nd time I have ordered 3 fish dinner and gotten home with 3 pieces of chicken instead of fish.

I just left this place! Pulled up to the drive thru was greeted then nothing! Tried to pull to the window still nothing waited 10 mins to see if someone would come take my money nothing! I pull back thru the drive thru was greeded again then NOTHING! That is absolutely ridiculous! Then the lights magically turns out. It was 8: 45 pm! According to the website they are supposedly open until 10: 00 pm! Do better! Long John's do better! Don't worry I won't be back!

Never got my order placed it but the person never gave me my food or took my money I was in the drive through
