Long John Silver's A&W

I have visited this location a few times in the past. I decided to give it another shot today, after craving the food but not ready to deal with commotion and wait times inside. However, I came into Long John Silvers early this afternoon around 12: 30 or so. I was not sure what to get and the young lady upfront was extremely helpful in helping me find something I was looking for. She seemed to be working upfront by herself, with cooks in the back. Props to the cooks for making the delicious food. Very hot and fresh and cooked just right. The cashier brought my food to me, and she even asked me later on how everything was going. As busy as the cashier upfront was, she still took her time to answer all my questions, and was very kind towards me after I had an eventful morning. Kindness and a smile goes a long way! I was so pleased with the staff today, and the food. Good job to the young lady working upfront by herself today, and to the staff in the back making the amazing food. I definitely will be back! Thanks Long Johns.

We went through the drive through and ordered a 3pc. Chicken 2pc. Fish and got 3 pieces of fish, we were getting rushed to order and paid for a 12 dollar meal and only got half of it.

Food always good. Service usually good. Building and facilities are a little on the worn out side.

Great food. Not the fastest food but the staff is always polite and helpful. I have seen a decline over the years in the amount of business, it seems. I am not sure why because they have great food and management. I recommend this place. Thanks LJS for staying consistent in inconsistent times.

The chicken in the 3 chicken dinner was rubbery and the fish in the 3 piece dinner was dry and not very tasty.

Waited to have order take at drive thru when I was the only one in line. Ordered 3 pc. Fish and received 3 pc chicken. Ordered Cole slaw and just puppies. Received Cole slaw no just puppies. Chicken was cooked completely and had to wait in pickup area for 8 minutes for order. My last cost to this long johns. This has happen a couple time before but no more chances for my business.

Ordered the family meal with two sides, hush puppies, tartar sauce and malt vinegar. Received the chicken and fish I ordered, one side and nothing else.

WOW, this place is a DUMP! We came in and were greeted with horrible service. The girl at the counter was rude as could be and had piercing all over her face and mouth. Talk about NASTY! They got EXPENSIVE as well! $30 for an 8 piece family meal? You're insane! I'd rather just make something that's better and cheaper. This place is a joke!

Worst greasiest fish I have ever had. To top it off, I had to pull foward and wait 10 minutes and I did not get the coleslaw I ordered.

I just ordered take out and left but the service was great and so was the food when I got home.

I'm giving this place 5 stars strictly on the basis of being impressed that they're still in business after so many years of low quality and complaints. Good for you for sticking it out.:)

A couple of orders of the shrimp and some hush puppies. I'm telling you it's delicious as he&$.
