LongHorn Steakhouse, Moraine OH

My girlfriend's food was great, she ordered a chicken tender salad, but my outlaw ribeye was burned on the outside and only medium rare on the inside when I asked for medium. Thankfully they refunded my money for the steak. The other reason they only get 3 stars is for making us wait 10 minutes past the pickup time.

Ordered the lobster tail, steak, and macaroni. The meal just didn't taste like I hoped it would. The lobster was rubbery and steak not flavorful.

I can say this place does it for me.service is consistently good.it has a nice atmosphere.menu is like a cafe in boston i loved.

Last Sunday i got a tough lobster tail. It's like it was microwaved. Then today, i ordered a t-bone Med well, and it was charred to a chrisp.
I think this is my last trip to that location.

The staff was very helpful and very polite! The food was excellent prepared just like we ordered! We will definitely go back!

We love longhorn! Firecracker chicken wraps are the absolute best app ever! Steaks are always delicious!

Never a long wait. The stakes are always cooked right. Not crowded like on Miller Lane. My favorite steak house.

Great service and management. My steak was a little undercooked for what I wanted, so I asked if they could just cook it a bit longer, not only did they do that (and got it out to me quickly) the manager delivered it to my table and waited untill I cut into to make sure it was right before he left the table AND they gave me a complimentary side to make up for it!

I've been here many times and now that I'm reviewing I can honestly say that I don't ever remember having a bad experience once. Staff is always very attentive and friendly and the food has always been delicious.thank you guys for the hard work!

All the food was prepared as ordered. Every thing was great. Waitress was very good. The management even checked on us to make sure we had a great dining experience.

Go there every year for birthday asked for well done steak came out rare the manager replaced with new meal and took it off my bill

Very impressed, the whole experience was good. It was quite busy and we did call ahead seating and where sat within ten minutes compared to an hour wait. The restaurant and bathrooms where clean and our waitress Beverly was so friendly and you could tell she liked her job. The food was perfect! Hard to get a steak cooked good at these chains anymore. A +

Service was poor on a Saturday at 11: 30am. The manager spent a half-hour talk about how he sweat underneath his arms pits the server never offered to give me another drink or anything. I will never go to that longhorn again never.

Seven of us went at 5: 30 on a Saturday to celebrate a friends birthday. Three us didn't get our meals till 25 mins after the others. My 6 oz sirloin was too tough to chew. One other filet mignon had to be replaced. It came back as another cut of steak. Waitress was apologetic and manager comped our whole table.

Well worth what I paid for dinner for me and my wife! We only go out once or twice a year, but when we do Longhorn Steakhouse is always one of our choices to choose from.

Not a good review. They put my call in order on hold and I had to wait 45 minutes. Cold food and cheese on salad. I asked for no cheese. I give them 1 star.

Went to Long Horn waitress was very friendly order my prime rib and I got it it has so much fat on it it should have trim some of that fat off but other than that it was perfect

Well to start we ordered and when the food got to us the buns on the burgers were cold and there was nothing on the burger so it was plain and hardly any Fries. The waiter never brought us any napkins or silver wear. Had to ask for everything. Needless to say your costly dinner and un educated waiter encouraged us to not want to return.

Their excuse for the sorry service was they had sent workers home because things were slow. We arrived at approximately 2: 00 PM on a Sunday? ?
The 2 waitresses did their best, but they were overwhelmed.
I still gave an 18% tip, it wasn't the wait staffs fault, seems like POOR MANAGEMENT!

Delicious steak. My husband and I shared the Longhorn cut, a mouth watering, cut like butter, filet and almost as tender, sirloin, "perfectly" seasoned. Hot and yummy, sweet potato and asparagus.the asparagus was tender, not raw and not woody. An excellent meal. We had heard this Longhorn was closing, but that was false. We are very relieved because it is a consistently delicious place to eat, one of our favorites.
