LongHorn Steakhouse, Copley OH

Very disappointed. I understand that restaurants are especially hurt because of the pandemic but with so many amazing, locally owned places going under it's time for the dinosaurs to die. Staff not wearing masks properly, people packed in like sardines, sub par steak, low quality everything. The bread was the real winner but if bread is all that's good repurpose to a bakery. I love you Long Horn but I think it's just time to let go.

There was 6 of us and we were there around 3: 30 and I have to say the service was not very good. Our waiter was a middle aged bald headed man with glasses and he seemed like he did not want to be there at all. He delivered our food in shifts, barely came by to see how we were doing. We we delivered the bread and plates he slammed the plates down. The restaurant was not busy at all and it seemed like he had only 3 or 4 tables including ours. I asked for steak sauce and it took him about 15 minutes to bring it and by that time I was finished with my steak. If you dont like your job, then quit. I know we all agreed we will never return.

The food is what you would expect from a chain steak house. The staff did help solve a issue I had with the food. In the end I was happy.

The food was brought to us fast the wait was nothing for a table considering it was Valentine's Day&the food was perfect temperature&taste&our waiter was very attentive and consistent with asking was we good&did we need anything else. Me&my daughter had an amazing holiday together.

Went here with a good sized party, the waitress was very kind and made sure we were all taken care of very well. The food was fantastic, will definitely be coming back again.

Steaks were cooked perfectly. Did not feel rushed through dinner which was nice. The only two things I would say I would like to see change is the lighting is terrible so we had to move because it's so dark in sections. The other is it would be nice if they had someone helping servers maybe bring water and clear tables. It was a great dinner though and a nice waitress.

Visited the Longhorn in Montrose (Copley, OH). Six in our party. We ordered drinks and apps. The steaks were good, except for my wife's. It was medium well instead of medium. She was not going to mention it, but another in our party did. And they remade her dinner to spec, and the manager stopped by to let us know that her dinner was on the house. Overall good for a gain restaurant.

Chain restaurant, but the food was very good. Steak was just just the way I like and the mashed potatoes were delicious.

We had burgers. We ordered medium well and got medium rare. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers and they came with no bacon. The waitress took a whole dollar off our bill. Very dissapointed Will not go back

Steak was overcooked, salad was not chopped and service was inattentive. Took 20 minutes to get my first (and only) drink refill

This rating is more for the service than the steaks. Ordered rare, got a well-done steak, but didn't really want to bother anyone about it. Our waitress noticed that the steak was not cooked to order and got the manager, who insisted on redoing it. The second one was perfectly rare. Kudos to both our very attentive waitress and the manager for taking the time and care to fix the mistake.

Great food service was pretty good had the waitress smiled every once in a while. Little snooty

Longhorn is a favorite of mine because of the watermelon margarita! This particular time I had the grilled pork chops and the we're delicious.

Always really good food (Flo's Filet), drinks and service. However, the parking lot was freshly tarred. With the extreme heat it sticks to your tires and will not come off. Feels like you are driving on a flat tire. It took 3 hours to scrape the tar off the tires.

Great food and service. Had an issue once with an online order. Spoke to the GM David. Was more than compensated.

The Steak was great, Salad yummy, and big. Our Waitress was friendly, very helpfull.and fast. Everything was Great.

Steak my wife ordered was over done finished mine. After I was done hers came, it was taken off the bill. But still!

Ribeye was tough and the cut was very thin (5/8"). I asked for medium rare and got medium. However, my buddies T-bone steak was at least an inch thick. Should have gotten the T-bone and asked for rare.

Love this restaurant. The atmosphere is great and the food is better. My server was efficient and helpful.

Had the pork chops, they were excellent. Service was good. Nothing more to say. Couldn't ask for more.
