Very uncaring, been going there for awhile, wouldn't help us in an emergency. Ended up our dog died. Never going back.

They clean the rooms after each pet and there owners are in the rooms. They take good care of the pet's who come in. They are walk in customer, they have to call before entering the buildings.

I love everyone there. They always greet you with a smile. They care about your pet as if it were their own. Always smells very clean.

I went in today to get a refill on Revolution plus for a stray cat we brought in. I was told they cannot refill it because they have not seen any of my cats in a year. Over the last 20 years I have brought in about 40 cats and
got them fixed and spent thousands of dollars at Lorain animal clinic. Looks like have to find a new vet.

Brought my dog in for emergency treatment. Even though they don't see walk ins, they saw him and were helpful. I appreciate them accommodating my special needs, as well.

The only problem I had was the callous attitude. Since my dog still hasn't gotten better, we asked for more testing. The staff asked me "WHY? " I think my dog needs more tests.
That's when I realized they don't really care if my dog gets better.

I love the people that work here. They are all so kind and comforting.
The vets & techs have always been good with my pets!

It's been awhile since I have been to Lorain Animal clinic. I have been there in the past. The update are very nice. But my only issue is, I'm a person that likes to know what is being done to my fur baby. It is does cost a lot to care for and animal. Not hurry up and put us in a room take my kid out of the room and well guess that what they tell you they have done was done! Then they bring in your fur baby and tell you if thing's went well. And then send us to the counter and pay your bill not even knowing if what they said was done to your kid was done. I'm a hand's on person I like the vet to talk to me, tell me what they are doing and be with me and my kid in the same room. Not pull us apart! The vet never even ask my name and how my kid came into my life. I felt like I was just the next number, and it was timed to see how fast to get me in and out. That's sad! But I did enjoy the customers in the lobby. Hope the next visit will be better.

Staff is friendly and courteous. Did not have to wait no for appointment time. Would recommend.

Everyone there is amazing I highly recommend them. Every time one of my animals have a problem they address it and fix it. They even are able to slide you in if it’s a emergency. They take great care of your babies!

The staff become as much as family as your fur baby. They are very compassionate and their prices are much better than other Lorain County animal clinics.

The only way you wouldn't like them is if you are a jerk to start with or you have a personality disorder.

They are awesome.

Best vet experience in years, helpful courteous staff, and doctor Hudson was knowledgeable professional patient and listened to all my concerns, can't say enough good things about this place or the people working there

Very caring doctors and staff! The fact that it is walk in hours is awesome. Wish they offered holistic options.

Update 10/22. No longer has walk in hours. Care isn’t longer provided in front of you. Dog is taken to back, where they can do God knows what to your dog. Dr Hudson killed my last dog. Took my new dog in for labs and checkup. Doctor did not even look at teeth mouth or ears. They do not do vitamin level tests except for zinc. That cost more than an entire panel elsewhere. No longer impressed!

Have been there just twice for my dog’s terrible itching. They were very friendly, AND only charged me for an office visit and shot instead of an expensive first visit. Convenient, efficient, and reasonable. Thank you!

Best treatment at a fair price. Love that they do appointments instead of walk ins now. Much less chaos in the waiting room.

I have brought my kitties here for years. I truly appreciate Dr. Woods and the staff for their no nonsense care and timeliness. I definitely recommend LAC for veterinary care of your beloved pets!
