Delicious food! We enjoyed pork tamales, shrimp fajitas, and a chicken chorizo burrito. Excellent service and cocktails. Favorite place to eat when visiting our daughter

Excellent, authentic food and service every time. It's super clean and very well run. Our favorite Mexican restaurant in town by far!

The cheese Chile Rellanos were gross. The wrong type of chiles were used, they were undercooked, slimy to eat and the chile tasted bad. The beef flautas were unremarkable. We were hoping for a nice meal and were disappointed.

I love this restaurant! I try something new on the menu every time I visit and everything has always been fantastic. Highly recommend the flautas! Everyone who works there has always been kind and attentive. The margaritas are excellent and chips and salsa are the best in Cleveland. Our favorite place to go when we don't feel like cooking

It's hard to find Mexican food in Ohio that tastes authentic, but this place does it well. The street tacos were the best.

This food was disgusting. I don’t know who is writing these reviews but they have to not what good food is. The meat did not have any seasoning… the food was tasteless! My first and only time I have experienced this at a Mexican restaurant.

They said it’ll be 20 minutes for a simple quesadilla, which is already too long. Turns out the ticket machine was broken and the kitchen never got my order. An hour later I get my food, no apologies or discount. And she rudely tossed my card back at me. Bad business means bad reviews.

Service was good.food was bland (enchiladas). The chili rellano tasted freezer burn and the beans were burnt tasting.
However will give it a second chance and try other entrees. Hopefully it was a bad night.the place was busy.

I take my son here because he loves their grilled chicken quesadillas and salsa! We go here to bond and everyone is very friendly. Definitely a favorite for us

Google said it was a 83% match but it was 100% match for me lol. GREAT PICK GOOGLE LOL! I didn't even know there was a Mexican restaurant over here all these years! But Seriously I'm sooooo glad I found a place that has sopes on the east side now! Salsa was really good today too! I was pleasantly surprised of how good my AL pastor sopes was! Muy delicioso! Staff very nice e, I had no compliants! I had 1 jumbo margarita and I was tipsy 4 sure! All I have to say is. Ill be back. Im going get some street tacos next time! I definitely recommend trying!

I'm a burrito kind guy and they serve the absolute best burritos in man sized portions. The service is both prompt and friendly. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

Every time I go I’m never disappointed. The food is amazing. I always get the street tacos and my hubby gets the tamales. I wish I could have tipped the cook cause omg. I honestly want to go get more tacos

Staff is polite, courteous, and attentive. Never a long waiting period, and the food is consistent. I've always had a positive experience at Los Arcos!

Customer service was trash, ordered the food ahead of time and it still wasn’t ready, both waiters acted as if a simple request for water and extra napkins was an inconvenience to them, the ONLY reason we went ahead and tried the food is because there was nowhere else to order at the last minute. Very rude, definitely do not recommend, the steak was tough and nothing was put together as described. Thanks but no thanks.

Been to a lot of Mexican places lately in the area. The service was very good. The pink neon is awesome. 3$ margaritas rule. The food was tasty and fresh. Enjoyed myself here.
