Lotus Flower Yoga Collective reviews
8Love that I can Zoom classes or go into studio. Great instructors. Very knowledgeable group. Got me through some very challenging physical challenges. I feel stronger physically and more focused. Monthly unlimited is a great deal.
Attended a terrific class with Julie. It was a good pace with moves that were helpful. She had a nice message and good sense of humor with easy tips in class as well. I will absolutely attend again!
Happy I found this wonderful studio! People are friendly and welcoming. Variety of classes. I especially love Restore with Stephanie. Convenient parking too.
I loved it! Friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the venue and the quality of the class!
Lotus Flower is a fantastic studio with passionate and well educated instructors. Although the vinyasa offerings are challenging, they are still suitable for beginners who want to build a good foundational practice. I would recommend Lotus Flower Yoga Collective to anyone looking to begin or improve in their current yoga practice.
I practice at many of the yoga studios across the greater Cleveland area, but Lotus Flower is by far my favorite! It's welcoming and unpretentious, and the studio is in a great location on Lee Road in Cleveland Heights. Julie, the owner, is kind and sets a wonderful overall tone. There is something here for everyone, whether it's Stephanie's magically relaxing restorative yoga, Liz's vinyasa basics class that will make your downward dog the best it's ever been, or Mary Laura's challenging Ashtanga series and her hilarious commentary.
I attended a restorative yoga workshop with Stephanie and I really enjoyed it. She was informative on how the poses impact certain organs and chakras. I definitely learned a lot. The yoga practice was relaxing and I felt the effects through the day. I plan to return for a class or another workshop.
The teachers here project a warm, welcoming approach and are well versed in yoga and the body’s systems. Alternatives for postures are offered for personal use. Having the Zoom option in addition to in-person classes has been critical to the success of my continuing practice. Great studio, great staff.
