The service is bad. The place is nice but the staff is very aggressive. They are not attentive at all. The worst experience of my life. Their work leaves a lot to be desired. The place is nice.

48 hours of light daily activity and multiple nails are chipped. Polish was obviously thinned out when it went on and despite multiple coats it showed wear within 24 hours. Positives: clean, quickly accommodated walk ins.

Cheyenne did an amazing job on my natural nails manicure and gel polish application.
She was very courteous, informative on my nail upkeep and just a pleasure to have accommodate me.
I will definitely be returning just for her services.

Upon entering the salon, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the space, which added to the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Solida was friendly and attentive, carefully listening to my nail requests. She was highly skilled and detail-oriented, and I was thrilled with the results.

What stood out most about Solida was her kindness and professionalism. She was genuinely interested in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout the entire process, which made me feel at ease and grateful for the experience.

This business never answers the phone. Multiple attempts to call and make an appointment on several different occasions and the phone just rings.

Always do a great job. My daughter and I got manicures and pedicures. Very pleased with the great service.

First time visiting Lounge Nail Salon. Very impressed! First, Sunday’s are for walk in only, which helped us out a lot. Second, the online wait list feature is a gem! Real-time wait list placement, text messaging responses and different selections on if you are on time, running late or canceling. I got the deluxe pedicure and it came with sugar scrub, scented oil, clay mask and a paraffin dip (my favorite)! Will be back and more than likely make an appointment. Also, the Sunday spots fill up quick so register for the waitlist early! They have a rewards program also.

They have massage seats you can sit in with a glass of wine while you have your pedicure done. Great for having a girls day or night get together.

The only place that I’ve consistently returned to for both pedicures and dip manicures. The only place I’ll go!

Cheyenne did a great job removing my acrylic nails. I was nervous about the surfaces but they look great, with minimal signs of removal!

Their wait list system is genius. Booked a last minute appointment and was 8th in line, that gave me time to relax at my hotel until my spot came closer…. Salon was beautiful and my technician was professional and timely. Love my gel nails and would return if I’m in the area again.

I’ve gone there two times now and plan to return again. They have the best service I’ve seen from a nail salon in years. They are all personable staff and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend

I will not attempt to go here anymore. They do not know how to take care of their waiting customers or use their Wait-list system correctly. The last several times I've gone, I check in on the app and still have a very long wait. Today I was notified that I was next in line, so went inside to wait. I showed a technician the alert on my phone that said I was being served. She sat me in a chair and I waited for over 30 minutes and watched as other customers came in after me and were taken care of. When I thought I would be next, the technician who sat me went over to work with another client. There was no communication whatsoever and I finally got up and left. Extremely disappointed.

My daughter and I will be back. The staff was friendly and fun, and the service was top notch!
